Terrible customer service
Pros:

Could not stay at this property for business reasons .

Cons:

The instructions were not clear in regards to accesing the door code . I was also charged for my stay which is fine either though I did not stay there . I am happy to pay for the stay as I booked it but the hotel will not issue me an invoice even though I payed .

Fajn bazén, hernička pro děti, snídaně dostačující. Přijemný personál. Dobrá klimatizace. Krásný výhled na okolí.

Cons:

Před 17:00 jsme si chteli objednat večeři a ač na tabuli bylo, že vaří do 18:00, tak kuchařka na místě jiz nebyla. Velmi měkké matrace, spíše menši pokoj. Chyběla mě polička v koupelně.

Výběr jídla u snídaně (zejm. pečivo).

Dále z nějakého důvodu u jedné snídaně byl k dispozici 1 kousek Marlenky, slovy JEDEN. Druhý den JEDEN kousek čoko koláče, hostů na snídani bylo asi 12. Paní donesla tento 1 kousek mezi pečivo a tím to haslo, nerozumím této logice.

Znovu bychom se neubytovali.

Snídaně velmi chudá, opravdu jsem se s takto odbytou snídaní nesetkala :-(

Pěkně zrekonstruováno a vybaveno.

Cons:

Po založení rezervace přišla záplava zpráv a informací. Ve všem tom množství se ztratili důležité informace. Chyběla pro mě nejpodstatnější - že parkování je třeba dokoupit a že je kus od nemovitosti. Na místě jsme toto zjistili z vybledlých cedulí v areálu.
Rozpaky ve mě budí zážitek ze snídaně. Ta měla být od 8 do 10. Přišli jsme před devátou - obsluha už nepočítala s doplňováním- na výzvu a po značném váhání udělali vajíčka. Naprosto výborná. Na žádost doplnili i cukr a talíře... Bohužel bez ochoty, úsměvu... Prostor úžasný, ale personál i detaily ještě musí vychytat.

Am letzten Morgen wurde extra für uns liebevoll ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet hergerichtet.
Gut ausgestattet - insbes. für Familien (Kinderbett, Topf, Kindergeschirr, Spielecke im Spiesesaal)

Cons:

Muffiger Geruch im Raum - vermutlich von den uralten Mauern. Liess sich mit Lüften aus dem Raum entfernen. Jedoch rochen die Kleider am nächsten Tag noch danach.
