Relaxing stay well looked after by friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful large room with comfy bed, fantastic view. Hotel is well kept with pretty landscaping. The pool area is lovely and great quality food served at the pool bar and very reasonable prices.
Great selection of food at the inclusive breakfast wi homemade cakes , pastries and hot food.

Cons:

If you have mobility issues it’s setting is above the beach and maybe a steep walk. Car or taxi could be a solution.

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience and were very pleased with the quality of the services. The attention to detail and the excellent communication with guests really stood out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the way they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Super great stay nearby the beach
Pros:

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the centre and only 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a spacious terrace. The daily cleaning service was excellent.

Breakfast offered a great selection, including delicious sweets and fresh fruit. The young lady serving breakfast was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. The owner is a beautiful, warm, and lively lady who is exceptionally attentive to her guests.

I’m sure we’ll return sometime in the future!

Beautiful setting, wonderful staff, a fabulous place to stay very close to the beach
Pros:

The property was up on a hillside on a mountain with a view of the sea. Beautiful setting. Able to see the sunrise each morning. Everything was clean and cleaned each day. Room was spacious and comfortable. Beach front was easy to get to.

Cons:

The only thing was the bathroom. The lighting was very dim and it was difficult to see yourself properly in there. The shower stall was tiny and difficult to maneuver in.

Sauberes schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht direkt im Zentrum, dafür aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man überall recht schnell. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig.

Избягвайте - не може да се ползва климатик
Pros:

Единственото хубаво нещо е , че чистят и сменят кърпите всеки ден. Наистина цялото място е много чисто.

Cons:

Закуската за 6 дни беше абсолютно еднаква - евтина регулярна закуска. Мястото за душ в банята е смешно малко , но това са дребни проблеми. Моля прочетете що за безумие :
Климатизация буквално не може да се използва. Имат тяхно си “правило” когато си извън стаята - климатика да е изключен. Оправдават се със застрахователната компания , но е евтин номер да спестят някоя стотинка от ток. При молба да видя документирано нещо по въпроса, казаха че няма как. Вън е адски горещо в стаята също и после са нужни 2 часа да се охлади. Другото най-дразнещо е старият климатик , който издава висок шум на стържене при работа - опцията е докато спите да се сварите или да сте на климатик но да не мигнете. За 6 вечери почти не сме спали нормално. Завели сме случая в Booking , като се надяваме на сериозна компенсация. Изпратил съм сигнал и до министерството на туризма в Гърция , както и до комисията за защита на потребителите. Разполагам с видеоклип , където ясно се чува непоносимия стържещ звук. Друго , което прави неприятно впечатление е , че каквото и да консумираш на плажния бар - обяд , напитки , друга храна - никога не пускат касова бележка. Също го имам документирано , в момента сме на път към следващата ни почивка, но във Вторник ще пусна сигнал и до финансовото министерство на Гърция. Накратко , ако имате път към Кефалония , никога не отсядайте в този “хотел”. Изобщо за мен е непонятно как има добри отзиви и ние също се подлъгахме по добрата оценка.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Crystal Palace dal 21 al 23 agosto, in famiglia, per un totale di cinque persone, e la nostra esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva.

La struttura è molto bella e soprattutto estremamente pulita. Le camere erano spaziose, confortevoli e dotate di aria condizionata. Vengono fornite sia la biancheria da letto che quella da bagno, oltre a un kit di cortesia con saponi e prodotti per il bagno. La pulizia e il riassetto delle camere vengono effettuati ogni giorno con grande attenzione.

Entrambe le nostre camere disponevano inoltre di un balcone/terrazzino molto carino e spazioso, con una splendida vista sul mare. In generale, da diversi punti della struttura si gode di un panorama davvero bellissimo, sul mare di Skala e sulle montagne circostanti.

Molto piacevole anche la zona piscina, con bar, numerosi lettini e ombrelloni molto comodi e dei pratici gradini per entrare in acqua.

Ottima anche la colazione, con una buona scelta sia dolce che salata, tutto ben presentato e curato.

Un ringraziamento particolare va ai proprietari, persone gentilissime, disponibili ma allo stesso tempo molto discrete. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra auto a noleggio e ci hanno subito aiutato e indicato come poter risolvere la situazione.

Siamo stati davvero molto bene e non possiamo che consigliare questa struttura. Se dovessimo tornare nella zona di Skala, sceglieremmo sicuramente di soggiornare nuovamente al Crystal Palace!

So soll ein Urlaub sein
Pros:

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr netten und sehr gut gelegenen Hotel. Weg zum Strand nicht weit (ca. 3-5 min), Strand mit viel Platz, hohem Erholungswert und einigen (guten bis sehr guten) Lokalen! Auch sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist die Poolbar, die von 8:00 - 23:30 Uhr geöffnet hat und eine umfangreiche Speisekarte bietet (abends Essen bis ca. 20:00 Uhr). Schöner Poolbereich mit Liegen u.a. auch auf einer gepflegten Wiese.
