Cons:

O espaço tem restaurante e nunca conseguimos reservar uma mesa. Deram-me um número de telemóvel para reservar mesa e nunca atenderam. Falei com um funcionário da cozinha e não sabiam da pessoa responsável pelas reservas. Ao almoço tivemos de sair do estabelecimento para almoçar. Ao jantar conseguimos marcar mesa falando com um funcionário que já podia tratar desse assunto e mais tarde pelas 18h informou-nos que não iriam conseguir ter o serviço disponível para o jantar e teriam assim que cancelar a reserva. Esse foi o aspecto negativo. Nota-se falta de funcionários e lacunas na organização.

Cons:

Breakfast was not if the standard usually offered for a hotel of this price. Booking indicated that the hotel was in Castelo Branco, but it was at leat 8 km outside. No receptionist available until way after check-in time. We were attended to very nicely by the Chef. And no recepcionist there when we went to check out.

Após ter reservado com antecedência e a estadia estar confirmada, cancelaram a reserva no próprio dia, quando já estava em viagem, devido a overbooking.
