Gostamos do Pequeno Almoço e da tranquilidade do local.
O quarto era bom, a cama confortável e a piscina também tinha boas condições.
É num sitio bem calmo, e é o ideal para descansar, sem barulho da cidade.
Foi tudo bom, não tivemos nada que não tivessemos gostado.

Reservei 2 quartos, cada um a 150€ noite. Na véspera confirmei os quartos e respetivos números e ao fazer o check inn, o funcionário queria que fosse para uma "casa", supostamente dos patrões sem o mínimo de condições e com WC compartilhado.
Após recusa e reclamação o funcionário entregou os quartos que estavam reservados. Embora um deles a limpeza não foi feita. Fiz o check inn às 16h.

Paguei 300€ por noite para 2 quartos, e queriam me colocar numa casa velha sem condições com casa de banho compartilhada.
Depois de reclamar tive os quartos que reservei com 2 meses de antecedência.
Um dos quatro não foi limpo.
Para a qualidade o preço é elevado
Espaço muito cuidado, confortável e o pouco staff presente foi excecional.
Estava apenas um funcionário para todo o hotel, a fazer serviço de recepção, restaurante, bar da piscina, apoio aos quartos. Ainda assim, manteve-se sempre bem disposto, muito atencioso e com uma capacidade de resposta irrepreensivel. No entanto, é absolutamente inaceitável sujeitarem uma pessoa a um esforço daqueles.

Sugiro que tenham leite sem lactose. Os funcionários acabam por não ter mãos a medir para fazerem face às necessidades.
The room was spacious and nicely decorated and it was peaceful. The pool area is large with lots of sun lounges and seating, in both the sun and shade.
When we arrived to check-in we were informed that the on-site restaurant wouldn’t be available for guests, as it had been booked for functions on both nights of our stay. It would have been good to be informed about this ahead of time, so that we could have had a meal on our way there, as the hotel is 20 minutes drive from Castello Branco (the nearest town). They had sent a message, but only an hour before our arrival and as we were travelling we hadn’t received it - obviously they knew more than an hour ahead of time that the restaurant was booked for an ‘external group’. So on both nights of our stay, we had to drive a 40 minute round trip for dinner, and on the first night, that followed 3+ hours of driving during the day.
The rate included breakfast, but on the second morning of our stay, we arrived for breakfast and there wasn’t a staff member anywhere and no breakfast either!! As we were about to depart, the maintenance man offered to arrange breakfast, but we’d decided to find breakfast elsewhere. It’s a very poor way to run a hospitality business.

Langs de buitenkant is het een onverzorgde aanblik! De tuin is helemaal verwaarloosd.
Nous y avions séjourné il y a deux ou 3 ans et avions été fort déçus. Il y a eu changement de propriétaire et tout est parfait maintenant. La nouvelle équipe est formidable. Sourire et serviabilité au top. Nous serons heureux d'y retourner.
Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées et au calme.

grosse hotelanlage mit grosszügigem poolbereich . das zimmer und bad sind sehr geräumig . für gäste mit gehbeschwerden ist es nicht ganz einfach , da es über einige treppen in der weitläufigen aussenanlage zu den zimmern geht . der hotelparkplatz ist ausreichend gross und kostenfrei . sehr freundliches hotelpersonal .

The hotel called us en route to them to say the chef had gone on holidays and the kitchen was closed, couldn’t provide any food, I suspect the kitchen was closed due to only 2 guests staying, room was big and clean and comfortable but the rest of the resort was run down but there was work going on to rectify that.
See above, the place was quite run down but room was big and clean, breakfast was a bit lacking, probably because we were only guests there, they did take 20 euros off the bill as they couldn’t provide any food the previous night but that was the cost of the dogs stay, no pet beds or bowls are provided for dogs.
