Dirty old staff didn't care at all took long time to get room staff too busy chasing after eachother..was only one at counter so had no excuses..will never stay there again ..avoid at all costs ....not a happy customer..

Great hotel great staff with fantastic pool and fairly close to most things
Pros:

It is a small privately run hotel with all the staff being helpful and friendly they have a great pool a good resto bar and also linked to it a very good cafe. Several of the staff remembered me from my last visit from UK there over 2 years ago

Cons:

The only small complaint I have is they don’t have a kettle in the room or a fridge

Ridiculous situation
Cons:

We arrived early at 1:00 p.m. even though the room was ready they would not allow us to check in early unless we paid extra. Went to a local coffee shop coming back at 140 guys still would not let us check in they came to us at exactly 2:00 p.m. and then said we could check in to our room it was a ridiculous situation

A complete rip off

We booked for 25 nights. No coffee making facilities, P150 day for mini fridge. P250 every time used pool, restaurant was expensive. I tried to contact Book.com for refund a few times but never replied. This hotel is money grabbing and scam, stay at your own risk and have deep pockets.
