Excellent, perfect for a worry-free vacation.
Pros:

An excellent choice; we had breakfast and dinner, and the food was very tasty and varied. The staff is very friendly, ready to help and guide you with any issue you might encounter. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily, while the facilities—such as the pools and shows—are delightful every day.

Cons:

You should always avoid the 9 a.m. spectacle where everyone rushes to put their towels on the sunbeds—a practice that strikes me as unfair, since they are merely trying to reserve them without actually being there.

Excellent séjour à Los Cristianos
Pros:

• Localisation idéale, possibilité de se garer gratuitement (et facilement) dans la rue à côté.
• État de la chambre et de l’hôtel excellent
• Équipements au top (piscines, jacuzzi, snacks..)
• Buffet diversifié et de qualité
• Personnel à l’accueil sympathique dans l’ensemble (bémol sur un monsieur qui nous parle un peu comme à des idiots à l’accueil)
• Personnel de ménage adorable et souriant
• Personnel au bar et au restaurant très gentil et serviable +++

Cons:

• On nous retire trop vite les assiettes au buffet. C’est assez fatigant de quitter sa table et de voir qu’on a été débarrassé entièrement et que couverts et serviettes ont déjà été remplacés. Et quand bien même, on se sent un peu agressé toutes les 5 minutes avec les « ¿Puedo? »
• Des travaux à côté de notre chambre, cela aurait sans doute pu attendre la fin de la pleine saison.. Réveillés assez tôt par les bruits de perceuse donc.
• Hôtel anglais / allemand / espagnol -> les français vous aurez peu de chance de sympathiser avec d’autres clients français

Pros:

La verdad que todo, es muy limpio hay gran variedad de sitios donde bañarte en sus piscinas, la zona de adultos es un plus que ojalá todos los hoteles tuvieran la habitación perfecta y las comidas variadas y buenas bajo nuestro punto de vista

Durante i pasti sarebbe utile dare una mini caraffa per l' acqua perché i bicchieri sono piccoli e devi alzarti tante volte per bere.

Un hotel para crear buenos recuerdos
Pros:

El personal al 100% absoluamentes todos . Increíblemente amables te hacían que la estancia se nos hiciera muy agradable , por si trato y su amabilidad en todo momento y la cercanía con nosotros , la camarera que nos atendió en el bar de la octava planta fue increíble su trato con nosotros , en el comedor todos los trabajadores de 10 y así todos , en recepción muy agradables y atentos con nosotros . Las habitaciones extraordinarias y las piscinas de ensueño. Volveremos
