Good hotel without breakfast.
Pros:

The location. And parking was possible to reserve.

Cons:

They did not serve breakfast at all, but we could go to a cafeteria nearby. Ok

Sowohl die Zimmer, als auch das Hotel per se, sind schön
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist prinzipiell gut. Das Hotel ist inmitten einer Fußgängerzone des Altstädtchens gelegen, wodurch kleine Läden, Bars und Restaurants Fuß läufig gut erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft innerhalb der regulären Check-in-Zeit war der Eingang des Hotels verschlossen, auf das Klingeln wurde nicht reagiert. Erst nachdem die Rezeption telefonisch erreicht werden konnte, wurden wir eingelassen. Das Hotelzimmer entsprach nicht der gewählten und bezahlten Buchung. Anstatt eines Zimmers mit einem Bett und einer Schlafcouch, wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, welches lediglich über ein normales Doppelbett verfügte und somit einer anderen Hotelzimmer- und Preis-Kategorie angehörte. Nachdem wir den Missstand an der Rezeption dargelegt und nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten, welches der tatsächlichen Buchung entsprochen hätte, wurde uns recht kühl mitgeteilt, dass ein solches Zimmer nicht mehr zur Verfügung gestanden habe und bereits anderweitig vergeben worden sei. Es wurde uns weder ein Preisnachlass angeboten, noch wurde für den Fehler um Entschuldigung gebeten.
Zudem gab es keine dem Hotel zugehörigen Parkplätze, wodurch man genötigt ist, sich in der Umgebung der Fußgängerzone einen Stellplatz zu suchen, was durch die dortige Parkplatzsituation einen längeren Fußweg zur Konsequenz haben kann.

prima overnachting voor mijn zakelijke reis
Pros:

Hotel is direct aan het centrale plein in Bad Honnef met restaurants en cafés. Schoon en netjes. Je hoort wel wat straatgeluiden, maar dat kun je verwachten op deze locatie.
Ontbijten kun je bij de bakker aan de overkant welke open is vanaf 06:30.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, super schönes, großes Zimmer, Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Sogar Bügelbrett vor Ort. Sehr freundliche Besitzer.
