Extremely disappointed and ripped off.
Pros:

Good location and got to see a lot of wildlife.

Cons:

They falsely advertised the suite with sea view room that we booked. Our room’s view was blocked by trees. They told us none of the rooms have the view we saw in the photos and that the photos were outdated. They refused to give us a refund. The furniture is dated. Rooms were not very clean and they require you to ask them a day ahead of time if you want maid service.

Pros:

Un superbe Condo bien situé, un personnel au petit soin, la vue sur le pacifique tout en étant au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante les singes racoons Arras qui viennent vous rendre visite, le logement est juste parfait

Cons:

Euh me faire réveiller par une famille de congos ou singe hurleur à 5h30 mais bon c’est anecdotique et on est venu pour ça

O Hotel é simplesmente fantástico, vi mais animais no hotel do que em alguns parques naturais.
Ficamos num quarto com uma vista fantástica para o mar, simplesmente top.

La flora y fauna

Cons:

El desayuno es pésimo. No tienen personal que ayude con maletas. El frigobar no funcionaba bien y estaba vacío. No dejan ni café en la habitación. Para que la limpien la misma hay que avisar 24 hs antes 🤬.

Pros:

Everything was great. We have seen more wildlife around our room than in Manuel Antonio park. The only issue was loud cooling unit which blows air either full speed or none. There are monkeys, parrots and even nest of the Macaws

Un bel endroit, très agréable.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel de la réception serviable et amical ainsi que le site verdoyant et calme de l'hôtel. Nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée par une famille de singes et un toucan à quelques mètres seulement de la porte de notre chambre. Un très beau couple de aras nichait juste à côté de la piscine. Nous pouvions voir l'océan au loin depuis notre chambre.

Cons:

Les options du petit déjeuner offert étaient très limitées et très de base. Il y a définitivement place pour de l'amélioration ici.

Blissful nature stay
Pros:

We loved this hotel - we had the garden balcony room and we had a sloth sleeping right in front of us on 2 occasions in just a 4 night stay. The pool was blissful and you'll see scarlet macaws nesting in a tree by the pool. We had an issue with our key in the early hours of the morning and Dennys was super responsive and got the issue fixed straight away.

Cons:

Nothing - we wish we'd stayed longer. Only 2 options for breakfast but we didn't mind.
