If your arrival at the hotel is after 6:30pm the main door of the hotel (wooden gate) will be closed, however, at the top left there is a bell and a person 24 hours a day ready to serve you.

Due to our unbeatable location and open colonial infrastructure, outside noise can be heard throughout the hotel, however, the hotel provides free earplugs for your use during your stay.

Localização limpeza e café da manhã
Good breakfast, clean rooms.
Unfortunately money was taken from a bag in our room during our stay. We reported this to the hotel and they conducted an investigation but nothing came out of it. It really made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe in the hotel, and meant for our last day we had to pay ATM charges to take out money for laundry.
They also don’t offer laundry service, as stated on booking.com.
The rooms are VERY noisy looking out onto the street. Even with earplugs we could hear it, so worth noting.
For the price, it was a disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend it sadly.
El hotel esta super cerca a la entrada de la torre del reloj.
Esta muy bien cuidado, es pequeño pero muy bien mantenido.
El precio es un robo para un hotel tan average. Honestamente lo escogi por la localizacion y cercania a un Evento que tenia dentro de la ciudad amurallada, pero hay hoteles muchooo mejores que cuestan menos y ofrecen mas.
El desayuno es basico, y no tienen restaurante abierto para almuerzo o cena. Esta ubicado en un zona muy principal, asi que el ruido nocturno es terrible, no se puede descansar por lo menos hasta las 2am.
La piscina es super pequen̈a y no tienen acceso de rampas para ir con coche o silla de ruedas.
Nada que ofrecer si se va con niños pequenos.

O quarto era perfeito, tudo muito confortável e lindo. O café da manhã também era maravilhoso. Fora a localização, não tem como não se apaixonar pelo centro de Cartagena. Voltaria mil vezes.
Realmente tem um pouco de barulho da rua, mesmo o quarto tendo um bom isolamento acústico. Contras de se hospedar na melhor região da cidade. Mas nada que um tampão de ouvido não resolvesse.

Limpeza impecável, café da manhã muito bom, atenção e gentileza dos funcionários. O quarto espaçoso e super confortável. Um agradecimento especial à Diana, que não economizava esforços para me auxiliar em tudo o que eu precisasse.
O único problema é o barulho. Embora o hotel fique em uma localização privilegiada do centro histórico, ao lado da Torre do Relógio, dormir e descansar é bem dificil. A música começa pelas 17h e vai madrugada adentro. Os protetores auriculares ajudam bastante para dormir, mas tem uma hora que a gente cansa de tanto barulho o tempo todo. Penso que falta regulamentação pelo poder público.

La habitacion fue un poco chica, con el bano muy cercano a la cama, es comoda en general solo si demaciado chica.

La cantidad de ruido nocturno de las discotecas que están al lado de la habitación del hotel y que hasta las 4am no paran de sonar como si estuviera el altavoz dentro de la habitación
