Pros:

Vi var en familj på 13 pers med många barn och vuxna. Vi hade toppendagar. Sol bad och mycket mat.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team, besonders an Rezeption und Poolbar. Außergewöhnlich Gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Essen auch an der Poolbar.

•Gute, ausreichende Zimmergröße mit modernen Design
•Balkon mit Blick auf Pool und Meer
•Sehr freundlicher Zimmerservice (FINA)
•Poolbereich sehr groß, man hat immer einen Platz bekommen
•Cocktails an der Bar waren lecker und nicht zu teuer
•Buffet Früh und Abend mit sehr großer Auswahl
•schneller Check-in und out
•mehrsprachiges Personal (deutsch, englisch, spanisch)

Cons:

•Man musste für den Tresor im Zimmer 8€ bezahlen mit 10€ Kaution (habe ich noch nie in einem anderen Hotel erlebt)
•Fahrstühle sehr klein und zu wenig, man musste oft die Treppe nehmen (wir waren 5. Stock)
•Buffet: Essen war leider zu wenig beschriftet, man wusste teilweise nicht was dort aufgetischt war; Service beim Essen war sehr schnell mit Abräumen, teilweise war man gerade fertig geworden da wurde schon der Teller und Besteck mitgenommen; das Fragen nach Getränke zum Abendbrot wurde teilweise gar nicht gemacht, einmal hatten wir unsere Getränke an unseren Tisch stehen lassen um noch einmal Essen zu holen, als wir nach nichtmal 5min. wieder kamen saßen die nächsten an unseren Tisch und unsere Getränke wurden einfach vom Personal abgeräumt. Service im Essensbereich sollte in Sachen Bedienung nochmal verbessert werden; Kaffee war okay hat teilweise nach heiße Schokolade geschmeckt obwohl ich Latte macchiato genommen hatte, der Orangensaft aus der Maschine war eher Wasser, da sollte man lieber den Smoothie nehmen, fand ich schade in einem Land wo es doch eigentlich recht viele Orangen gibt, geschmacklich war das Essen in Ordnung, recht viel mit Käse überbacken damit es schneller sättigt.

​Total disappointment: outdated property and rude staff.
Cons:

Total disappointment, this place is definitely not up to its claimed star rating: it's a 3-star hotel at best. The property is stuck in the 1960s. The room was way too small and the shower leaked, flooding the entire bathroom.
The restaurant was a terrible experience: mediocre food and very strict hours (dinner only from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM). The worst part was the rude staff. They disturbed us while we were eating to make us pay, and the waitresses were banging chairs around us, clearly rushing us to finish and leave.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, avec beaucoup d'équipements et de magnifiques piscines.
Pros:

La qualité et propreté de la chambre et salle de bains, le nettoyage journalier, la gentillesse du personnel d'entretien. Pas de bruit dans le couloir. Nous étions dans le bloc A, à l'écart et non dans le bloc principal. Jolies piscines et personnel du bar extérieur très sympa. Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner uniquement et très beau buffet copieux et très divers. Arrêt de bus à 50 mètres vers Palma ou l'aéroport.

Cons:

Des jus industriels et sans goût. Pour le pays de l'orange c'est un comble. Personnel qui débarrasse chaque assiette vide à chaque passage. C'est peut être une tradition mais pourquoi? Vous avez intérêt à vous écarter quand ils passent car ils sont "prioritaires". Mais cela dépend des jours et des personnes... Les clients posent leurs serviettes dès le matin et donc il faut chercher, quand on en trouve. Dommage pour un 4 étoiles.

aceptable pero no llega a un 4 estrellas
Pros:

buena ubicación y cerca de la playa, tiendas, facilidad para aparcar, alojamiento tranquilo

Cons:

la habitación para ser un 4 estrellas es un poco pequeña, y algunos platos de las cenas no eran precisamente muy buenos, o no estaban a veces bien hechos y no eran muy frescos (nos pasó conciertos pescados que probamos).
