Adequate but you can do better and would not stay there again.
Pros:

Hotel is near the main square (5 min. walk). Good restaurant across the street for breakfast.

Cons:

Booked a room with balcony but was led to ground floor room. Then asked for balcony and went upstairs and
the room balcony was just a walkway to adjoining rooms with view across street to big pile of trash.
Restaurant in hotel under remodeling (noise) and furniture stacked around edge of pool. No towel
rack in bathroom.

Útil y práctico para este destino. Saca de apuros.
Pros:

Bien ubicado, a pesar de estar en el centro de La Crucecita es bastante silencioso por las noches.

Cons:

Son dos pisos y no hay elevador ni quien te suba las maletas, usan un limpiador con demasiado aromatizante, puede ser porque algunas habitaciones tienen mal olor, quizá del baño o de colchones viejos, no tiene estacionamiento privado, el restaurante habré muy tarde para desayunar.

Pros:

Basic but central hotel
Rooms cleaned daily which was nice
Hot showers
Pool but didn't use
Air con :)

Cons:
Wifi was not good so wouldn't want to work from there
No real security because anyone can walk up the stairs from the street

We enjoyed our stay here. Good cold AC in the room. The staff are great!
Pros:

The owners are kind and helpful. The location is close to centro but not in the middle. The hotel is at the end of a road with no thru traffic which is also appealing parking was easy to access.

Adequate.
Pros:

Big comfy bed. A/C worked. Pretty nice pool - deeper than most and out of the sun. Handy to downtown Crucecita. Ample parking. Great cleaning staff.

Cons:

Small bare-bones room. Bare-bulb lighting. 3 channels on the TV. Desk clerk was a bit of a jerk. Quoted 1,000 pesos for a room listed on Booking at 552. So I booked through Booking. I didn't expect a discount, just posted rates or a little honesty, but there was neither. I use Booking all the time on the road or flying in, but when I'm standing right next to a hotel I like to give them a chance to save the commission.

There's no way in hell the room was worth 1,000 pesos. Clue in: gringo tax reveals you as untrustworthy and gets you bad reviews.

Restaurant apparently open sometimes, but not when people actually want to eat. I think they had a breakfast buffet from the smell of things, but they didn't start until 10:00 am when most people had already checked out and I never saw anyone but the restaurant staff eating.

Basically the hotel doesn't seem to give a damn whether you're there or not, except the cleaning staff, they were great.

Pros:

The location was great! The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Our room had a very strong scent from and air freshener that was overwhelming. We could not find the source but it would have been more comfortable to not have this.
