I found it very difficult raging the staff, some were fantastic, especially in the restaurant museum and bar. Others were surprisingly unhelpful which, unfortunately, has a residual impact.

Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Der Spa Bereich war auch sehr fein.
Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war im Gegensatzes zum restlichen Hotel nicht so toll. Wir hatten eine Badewanne unter einer Dachschräge und der Wasserdruck war ok…

Leider war auf der Wiese viel Müll, überhaupt beim
Spielplatz bei der Palano Bar. Die Spielbereiche für Kinder waren mäßig.

Pięknie, komfortowo i z wieloma atrakcjami!
Pros:

Świetny hotel! Pierwszy raz będąc na basenie z dzieckiem odpoczęłam - jest dużo stref gdzie dzieci mogą się bawić, a w brodziku ćwiczyć pływanie ;) Śniadania naprawdę przepyszne, a teren zamku bardzo zadbany. Dziękujemy Pani w kręconych włosach z recepcji za zaopiekowanie, naprawdę klasa!

Cons:

Niestety niektóre pokoje nie nadają się dla małych dzieci - mają niezabezpieczone antresole lub małe okienka otwierające się na wysokości 30 cm.
