Pros:

-Sehr schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon
- großer Wellnessbereich
- sehr gutes Essen (leider zu wenige Vorspeisen)

Cons:

- Schlechte Parksituation durch große Parklücken einzelner (SUV-)Autos in der engen dreistöckigen Parkgarage- hier sollten Bodenmarkierungen in der obersten Etage erneuert werden!
- am ersten Abend fragten wir bei der Kellnerin nach Leitungswasser in einem Becher für unser Baby. Hier wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das nicht geht sondern nur ein halber Liter in der Karaffe kostenpflichtig bestellt werden kann. Das haben wir sehr schade gefunden, da dies nicht der angepriesenen Familienfreundlichkeit entspricht.
- Vorspeisen gibt es nur sehr wenige (bis auf italienischen Abend), von gleichwertigen Hotels sind wir eine wesentlich größere Auswahl gewohnt
- sehr laut im Buffetbereich

Planinski ljetni odmor
Pros:

Ljubazno osoblje, vrhunska hrana i zanimljivo iskustvo show kuhanja,, divan spa, lokacija, Joker card, blizina svih žičara i autobusa.

Cons:

Voljeli bi da je bilo veliko ogledalo u sobi, ne samo u kupaonici. Malo bučan hladnjak.
Znalo je postati vruće u sobi.

Çok güzel bir odada kalıyorsunuz, Alpler manzarası inanılmaz güzel, kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği dahil ve yemekler çok çok kararında olması gerektiği kadar ve lezzetli. Çocuk oyun alanına yakın ve çocuklar için düşünülmüş birçok aktivite içeriyor.

Havuz çok küçük ve yetersiz, bu nedenle yazın çok değerlendirilemeyebilir.

Otelin manzarası ve konumu harikaydı. Odanın büyüklüğü, balkonu, temizlik çok iyi. Çocuklu aileler için harika bir otel. Hem kapalı hem açık oyunları mevcut. Birçok oyun alanı mevcut ve çocuklar çok eğleniyor. Ayrıca kapalı ve açık ısıtmalı havuzu harikaydı. Otelin kahvaltısının bio oluşu çok güzeldi. Otelin personeli güle yüzlü ve çok yardım sever. Resepsiyonda yer alan personelin girişti karşılaması ve yardımları harikaydı. Girişti odaya gönderilen sürpriz içeçek ve çıkışta verilen hediye çok güzel bir sürprizdi. Nazik hediyeleri için teşekkür ederiz.

We loved our stay. This was a perfect place for a family with children, as there was plenty for them to do. All the staff were friendly and polite, and the food wonderful.

Cons:

The only downside was the number of wasps, which did become annoying at times. This seems to be the case everywhere rather than anything specific to the hotel.

Der vibe welcher dort gewesen ist, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, als würde man in einem Grüntee schwimmen.

Cons:

Es ist in Wahrheit eine Mischung aus Buffet und Menü, wir waren auf ein normales 5-Gänge Menü eingestellt.

Aftensmaden var god og poolområdet var lækkert og rent.

Der var hvepse overalt i maden ved morgenmadsbuffet og snackbuffet. Alt marmelade, honning, brød og kager var ikke dækket til og hvepse kravlede rundt i maden. Det var virkelig ubehageligt.
