Important information:

Children's discounts depend on proof of age, which is required on arrival. Some form of photographic identification is necessary, such as a passport.

The SENZIA health and beauty center is open only to adults, except for the special family hours from 10:00 until 11:30. The center is open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00.

One child up to 14 years old can stay for free when sharing a room with one adult in a single room and 2 adults in a double.

Please note that gentlemen must wear long trousers at dinner.

The hotel accepts pets up to 15 kg.

For nonrefundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link. Playasol Spa Hotel will send you the link by email after you have made a reservation.

Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 12:00 to 14:00, always accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Please note that the gym opens during July and August.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfecto para pasar unos días con niños

Todo muy ajustado a lo que contratamos; la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

Todo, en el tema comida en los 4 días han sido de dolor de barriga, encontramos trozos de guates azul en la comida , trozo de metal de un nanas en la pizza, pelos en el arroz , las ensaimadas crudas, el zumo de naranja malo , las salchichas crudas los pankakes quemados, lo único que salva es el gapacho,
Las amacas siempre cojidas porque se comparte con otro hotel , las bebidas de mala calidad garrafon , dolor de barriga en todos los sentidos , la habitación con olor a humedad y aire acondicionado no funciona, habitación sin cafetera almohadas muy incómodas , y colchón igual , limpiaban la habitación y no cambiaban las sábanas , el trato de camareros pésimo , cocineros se tocaban la nariz y la boca cuando servían la comida delante del público y se hechaban de comer delante del cliente , un camarero nos quitó la mesa cuando nos levantamos por comida y sentaron a otros clientes y cuando reclamamos nos dijo (eso es el que hay ) la fruta que sirven a la piña no le quitan la parte dura ni lo q es la cáscara y el melón le dejan hasta la etiqueta nos hemos ido muy descontentos el único agradable era Samu de recepción.

Las instalaciones la atención del personal y el bufet

Cons:

Que no haya una zona de fumadores donde se pueda disfrutar en vez de estar aislados al sol y sin sillas.
Los fumadores somos personas igual y también pagamos

La comida estaba súper bien, muy rico todo y tengo que hacer mención honorífica a su arroz con leche casero, una pasada!! Mi hijo disfrutó mucho con los toboganes, la gestión de las colas fué sublime, estuvo muy bien todo!!
