E ovako...kupke nije imalo....nismo dobili apartman koji sam bukirala i najgore od svega sto dorucak KOJI MI JE BIO JAKO BITAN I KOJI IDE U SKLOPU CENE KOJA JE BAS VELIKA nije vise u hotelu kao pre nego u nekom kaficu ulica ispod hotela.I to nekako progutam kad tamo nema svedskog stola nego jaja jedina alternativa za dorucak koja npr ja ne smem da jedem kao ni deca.UZAS.Platila sam nesto sto nisam ni iskoristila.Hotel nula uzas.

Für eine Übernachtung o.k.
Pros:

Fahrräder konnten wir in der Hotellobby sicher abstellen!

Cons:

Es gab kein Restaurant und Frühstück im Haus.
Zum Frühstück musste man in das Kaffee/ Restaurant gegenüber.
Kein Aufzug vorhanden.
Vermutlich waren wir die einzigen Gäste.

На жаль, цей готель не виправдав наших очікувань, і ми залишилися дуже розчаровані.
Pros:

Сніданок був норм, хоча прийшлось йти в ресторан на сусідню вулицю.

Cons:

Ми забронювали номер DRINA через Booking, але після пізнього заїзду нас без жодних пояснень поселили в номер DUNAV. Лише вранці ми зрозуміли, що це інша, дешевша категорія номера, яка була в гіршому стані та не відповідала фотографіям і опису на Booking. Інтернет також був дуже повільним.

Адміністратор відмовилася вирішити проблему та наполягала, що ми повинні оплатити повну вартість номера DRINA, хоча фактично проживали в DUNAV. Крім того, з нас намагалися стягнути туристичний збір, який, згідно з інформацією в Booking, уже був включений у вартість.

У результаті ми заплатили за номер DRINA, але отримали DUNAV. Дуже розчаровуючий досвід. Не рекомендую цей готель через невідповідність заброньованого номера, відсутність бажання персоналу виправити помилку та несправедливе ставлення до гостей.

Cons:

Hotel ne radi. Prodao se, ljudi su dosli iz Belorusije i Austrije. Jurili smo nekog portira da nam otvori. Usli jedva. Na kraju napltili bez racuna

Curat și localizat într-o zonă liniștită.

Cons:

Micul de jun extrem de sărac și de slabă calitate.
Ușa de la intrare în cameră se mișca zgomotos atunci când se făcea curent pe palier.
