Izjemna storitev nastanitve, od pozdrava do osebja tekom celotnega bivanja. Hotel je v izjemnem stanju in urejen ravno prav, da se počutiš domače, a v modernem okolju brez pretiranih trendi dodatkov, zlije se z okoljem. Osebje izjemno, občutek imaš, da smo že dolgo sosedi v zelo prijateljskem vzdušju, ki ti z veseljem priskočijo na pomoč.
Ni bilo takšne stvari, vse je bilo na mestu.

An incredible setting in the mountains and some of the best food I have ever had on one of my vacations.

Odlično osebje - Marko, Dechen in Ksenija, so bili odlični gostitelji in so nama polepšali celoten obisk! Fantastična večerja, okusen zajtrk, najudobnejša postelja&blazine. Pa še za rojstni dan so nama brezplačno ponudili upgrade na sobo z balkonom. Čudovit vikend!

The staff impressed me the most. They are what makes this place truly special. Of course, the hotel itself is beautiful, carefully designed and thoughtfully decorated down to the smallest details, but it was the staff who really won me over. They make you feel as if you have come home.
That is what separates a good hotel from all the others.

A very warm welcome with a little complimentary arrival drink then a chat with staff about all the facilities and what to do in area.
We had the 5 course taster menu with wine pairing on our first night. Exceptional.
The hotel is beautiful. The location is stunning, but its all credit to the staff who make the whole experience so good. Every member is lovely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. So knowledgeable about their country and produce and happy to chat!
Hopefully those who expressed a wish to travel to our home, Scotland, make it and we hope they have as wonderful a time there if they go as we have had here.
