Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön

Cons:

Wir haben eine Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. Gekriegt haben wir erste Mal eine mit Blick auf eine Mauer.
In spa Bereich fand privat Schwimmunterricht wo die Trainerin laut sprach.
Wir haben zum Schluss noch 40 Euro zahlen müssen für Parken wo keine uns mitgeteilt hat. Es geht mir nicht um die 40 Euro sondern um die Kommunikation und Wertschätzung. Man soll alles bei buchen mitteilen.
Getränke Karte und essen nur in Ungarisch.

Alkalmazottak, kiszolgálás tökéletes volt, kedves aranyos volt mindenki!

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, aber Abendessen hatte Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr üppig. Beim Frühstück war auch die Qualität sehr hoch. Beim Abendessen hat leider das (improvisierte) Warmhalten auf einer Art Kochfelder nicht richtig funktioniert, das Essen war teilweise lauwarm und trocken.

Cons:

Das Abendessen hätte weniger Angebot sein können aber dafür mit einer höheren Qualität. (Warmhalten hat nicht gut geklappt am Buffet.)

Hidden gem in Badacsony - you’ll be pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Clean, half board food options were really good.
Spa facilities were adept for the size and the location of the hotel. My niece who is 7 years old received a printed paper and it had a good night story printed on it - what a lovely touch! Staff was really nice and friendly.
Parking was also available.

A legjobb hotel Badacsonyban
Pros:

Másodjára tértünk vissza a hotelbe mert nagyon szeretjük az ételeket, az elhelyezkedést és a wellnesst is. A kedvencünk Badacsonyban.

Cons:

A fura az volt hogy nem volt takarítás és egyszer sem kaptunk tiszta törölközőket. Utólag tudtuk meg, hogy külön jelezni kellett volna az igényt.

Tökéletes volt számunkra. Csak ajánlani tudom.
Pros:

Elhelyezkedés, felszereltség és mindenekelőtt a konyha. És az ingyenes vorkóstoló a kedves hölggyel és persze nem jöttünk el üres kézzel.

Cons:

Ilyen nem volt. Kicsit hideg volt az étteremben, ennyi.
