Nette Unterkunft zum übernachten für 1-2 Tage, nicht für längere Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am See.
Freundliches Personal.
Zimmer sauber
Shampoo, Seife, sogar Zahnputzset war im Bad

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein
Relativ laut an der Straße, Fenster halten Lärm nicht wirklich ab.
Frühstück ist zwar viel Auswahl aber sehr viel abgepackte Ware. Es wird sehr zögerlich nachgefüllt wenn etwas aus ist.

L'accueil d'Élisabeth particulièrement charmante et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner seulement à 8h30....je connaissais déjà l'hôtel mais lors de mes séjours précédents le petit déjeuner était servi à un horaire normal.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Allerdings könnte es deutlich umweltfreudlicher gestaltet werden wenn weniger kunststoffverpackte Lebensmittel angeboten werden. Die wunderbare Lage am Lago war hervorragend. Die Reise mit unserm Hund war kein Problem.

Cons:

Die drei Sterne können für die Landeskategorie entsprechend sein. Ansonsten ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Fenster die Außengeräusche besser abschirmen.

Pros:

Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit die Heizung auszuschalten, somit war es sehr warm im Zimmern.
Am 3.tag standen wir vor einem verschlossenen Frühstücksraum. Frühstück war, gelinde ausgedrückt, spärlich.

Great location, great staff, lovely food. Recommended.
Pros:

Fabulous location overlooking Lake Maggiore, lovely, helpful staff and great food.
There is free parking outside (although spaces are limited), and all you have to do is cross the road outside for the footpath around the lake. The ferry landing stage is about a 5 minute walk :-).

Cons:

The mattress in our room could probably do with being replaced, but otherwise, nothing.

Pros:

Das Abendessen ist sehr gut ,ein guter Koch !!
Das Zimmer 24 ist ruhig ,man kann gut schlafen ,wenig Lärm von der Strasse !!
Die Zimmermädels machen das perfekt - dankeschön !

Cons:

Beim Frühstück sollte man das Rührei warm zu den Gästen bringen !!Trockenes Brot sollte man nicht im Brotkörbchen vorfinden, geht absolut nicht !!
Die Zimmer und Duschräume sollte man öfters mal nach Mängel und fehlenden Utensilien begutachten und beheben
Handtuchhalter fehlen -die Toilettenrolle ,fehlt die Rolle -der Toilettendeckel lose -
Kein Sat ,kein deutsches Programm -fehlt einfach!
