Pros:

Totul a fost peste așteptări, locația foarte plăcută, personalul amabil și respectuos, mâncarea foarte bună.

Cons:

Mi-a plăcut totul, stațiunea este foarte frumoasă, cu potențial fantastic, dar păcat că nu este pusă în valoare după cum ar merita. Avem o țară minunată cu multe valori neșlefuite, așteptăm implicarea autorităților pentru a le reda strălucirea.

Cu siguranță NU voi mai reveni aici, prețurile pe care le practică sunt foarte mari în comparație cu ce oferă la nivel d

Personalul de la Spa și de la masaj, ei au salvat sejurul.

Cons:

Locație supraevaluată din toate punctele de vedere. Clădirea nu îndeplinește criterii ca un bătrân să se simtă confortabil și în siguranta. Personalul de la recepție nu este nici măcar amabil și empatia lipsește cu desăvârșire.
Bufetul suedez de la cină mult sub așteptări.
Zona de spa este mică față de capacitatea hotelului.

המלון ממוקם במקום שקט ופסטורלי, הספא נהדר במיוחד הטיפולים אצל המטפלת קוטי. ארוחות הבוקר והערב מצויינים. האוירה הרגועה.

Pros:

Micul dejun si cina au fost foarte gustose, locatia chiar reusita;
Personal amabil in special domnul de la receptie mai inalt (a fost prezent in receptie in data de 01.06.2026 pana in ora 11 cand noi am plecat), doresc sa precizez ca a dat dovada de profesionalism si empatie fata de semenii sai.
