Een heel fijn verblijf!
Pros:

An enjoyable stay in a convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast and evening meal were excellent. Room was comfortable, as expected - we have stayed here before.

Cons:

Access to our room this time was up and down two staircases, which when carrying luggage and dealing with fire doors was a bit challenging. We stayed during a heatwave but there was only one small electric fan in our room and the windows do not open very wide for safety reasons. Unfortunately a chosen item (scallops) on the evening menu on our first night was unavailable, and sadly was not restocked in time for our second evening meal two days later.

Entirely satisfactory for a short stay.
Pros:

Easy parking. Friendly staff. Good location for access to Stratford and Wellesbourne airfield.

Cons:

It is a bit of a rabbit warren getting to ones room (up stairs, down stairs, up stairs etc - not much that can be done about it but it might not suit everyone, especially if carrying heavy suitcases. Evening meal was OK without being exceptional (for example, not much Marie Rose sauce on the prawn cocktail).

I enjoyed my stay at The King's Head and I would certainly stay again (but not in Room 2)
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Excellent location. I liked the decor. I had an excellent 3 course dinner in the restaurant - delicious and good value for money.

Cons:

I was a solo traveller in Room 2. A good size for a single room but the huge, noisy vent from the kitchen was right outside my window. It was very warm but I couldn't open the window because of the noise. Also a nice touch would have been a comfy armchair - there was room for one.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean, lots of parking available.

Cons:

The room was VERY hot and there was no way of cooling it down as the windows only opened a very small amount. They provided a tiny table top fan that didn’t have a lot of power at all. I had to drive to the nearest shop to buy some ICE to cool myself down as the bar had run out.

Nice overnight stay. Food was excellent and the room was large
Pros:

Big bedroom with good facilities. Shower was excellent

Cons:

It would have been more comfortable with a bed in the family room instead of a pull out sofa
