Malheureusement nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel en pleine canicule. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre non climatisée et les fenêtres ne pouvaient que s’entrouvrir par mesure de sécurité.

Great place to visit Stratford.
Pros:

King's Head is a C17 inn with connections to the English Civil War. Spacious, clean room with superb bathroom. It has a great bar and restaurant. The staff were kind and considerate. Great place to stay to visit Stratford upon Avon.

Lovely and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spacious rooms and comfortable beds!

Cons:

Corridor was noisy as people were going to their rooms quite late in the evening. Could also hear people in the room next door.

Overall disappointing.

Comfortable room.

Cons:

Having contacted the hotel and having been assured there was somewhere safe to leave the bikes at night we were astonished to be told that this was not the case. This caused some distress and annoyance. Eventually an older member of staff provided a solution. At dinner I was told that I could not consume gluten free bread which I had brought with me. Having stayed in many hotels in uk and France where this was not a problem I was again annoyed and disappointed with the system presumably dictated by some central management of the hotel chain.
