Never again.
D that was dire
It was filthy
Room not serviced on second day.
Great value. Location was handy. Breakfast was really great. Excellent fried mushrooms - so many hotel breakfasts the mushrooms are weird and watery and not properly fried. Also good quality sausages and perfect hash browns too.
The fruit juice at breakfast was squash or very watered down:-(.
It was all nice
It was all nice
Staff super helpful and friendly. Pool was a nice addition!
Lack of plug sockets in bedroom.
The mattress was so badly stained that the stain went through to the base, and the man at reception in the morning needs some people skills.
Have stayed prior with no issues
Room key wouldnt work 3 times had to go back to day time reception she was friendly and helpful and then moved us to another room
The other room was filthy what looked like chicken tikka all over the bedside cabinet
Pubic hair all around and in the bath cleaned in and when I got out grabbed what I thought was a clean towel and can only describe it having brown stains on it we went down to reception to complain and the guy said write it on the complaints form in ya room then turned around and continued watching the football
Location, good food on site, excellent breakfast. Pub and breakfast staff polite and helpful.
Having to pay for parking, has always been free in the past.
Very rude receptionist, no greeting, couldn’t even be bothered to look up, or even supply a pen to complete the registration form.
Good gym
Very tired even in the executive rooms
I liked the bedrooms the bed was good and comfortable
The spa facility were a bit dated but it did the job
The restaurant was dated and quite away from the main hotel
The key didnt work for my room multiple times and I had to change rooms becuase of the key not working.
The restaurant had sticky tables which hadn't been wiped. I ate once at the restaurant and wouldn't go back. The staff were really nice and polite. The male swimming pool changing rooms were dirty and hadn't been cleaned for a while.
Big and busy hotel with hard working staff. Had a traditional feel. looks like they have to deal with some challenging clientele? I'll definitely stay here again, the next time we are in town
Think we were in the old section. No USB points etc.
