Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage und Ruhe war außergewöhnlich. Wunderschöne gepflegte Gartenanlagen. Sehr geschmackvolle Dekorationen in und ums Haus. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer tip top sauber wie alles im Haus! Frühstücksbuffet sehr schön mit allem was man sich wünschen kann.

Cons:

Das Personal im Service (Frühstück und Abend) war lustlos und nicht sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren an einem Abend noch mit Freunden zum Essen da und auch da hatten wir denselben Eindruck. Sehr schade weil das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten das von unserem Aufenthalt (eine Übernachtung)) im Winter anders in Erinnerung. Überhaupt nicht gefallen hat uns das um 19.00 Uhr der Pool geschlossen wird.

Kein überzeugendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und unfreundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen alten und einen neueren Teil. Beide Teil sind sehr schön gestaltet (solange einem der BOHO Style gefällt). Der Wellnessbereich ist modern und großzügig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer in dem wir waren (im alten Teil des Hotels) war auf den Parkplatz ausgerichtet, sehr klein und dunkel. Man konnte von zwei Nachbarbalkonen und dem Parkplatz in das Zimmer schauen. Für den Wellnessbereich mussten wir Schlappen kaufen da aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen keine Schuhe im Zimmer vorhanden sind. Bei einem Hotel mit solchen Preisen für mich nicht akzeptabel. Das Licht im Eingangsbereich wird durch einen Bewegungsmelder gesteuert und war scheinbar defekt sodass das Licht dauerhaft an war. Es war leider kein Hotelpersonal erreichbar (um 22 Uhr). Als ich beim Check-out die Punkte als Feedback ansprach, wurden hier nur Ausreden angebracht. Meiner Meinung nach keine Art mit so einem Feedback umzugehen - insbesondere bei so eine Preisklasse.

Amazing experience and truly recharged our batteries!
Pros:

Silent, relaxing surrounding, location and all the wooden interior and exterior design was beautiful. A boutique hotel with only 38 rooms was perfect. Every little detail is thought after. We love it!! Definitely coming back.

Tolle Auszeit in der Natur
Pros:

Die herrliche Lage in der Natur, die Ruhe am Berg, sehr schöne Architektur & Interior, Spa Bereich & Garten sind sehr schön, super Essen und großartige Mitarbeitende. Extra Plus: wunderbare Massage bei Gabriel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und geschätzt gefühlt, gut erholt und kommen sicherlich wieder!

Cons:

Der Pool war leider nicht benutzbar, da das Glas gesprungen war - das war aber kein großes Thema da es ein weiteres wunderschönes Naturpool gibt.

Amazing hotel with amazing views!
Pros:

The views, the design and decoration pf the hotel is amazing. It has multiple rooms where you can rest an enjoy the views of the mountains. Everything looks quite new. The restaurant has delicious food. The personnel were very nice and the room was very comfortable. They have multiple saunas, a pool with natural water, jacuzzis and a pool.

Cons:

I liked everything but I would suggest different shampoo and conditioner as it is foamy and it feels a bit weird.
