Pros:

Очень вежливый по-домашнему персонал.
Наличие сауны и полотенец до 22,00 - сауна замечательная.
Очень понравился концепт доверия в выборе алкоголя и других напитков
Хорошие номера- все чистое и свежее - прекрасный вид из номера.

Не хватило разнообразия в завтраке и ужине

Kleines Hotel in schöner Lage am Ende des Tals
Pros:

Schön am Ende des Tals gelegen, wir waren auch in der schönen Sauna, sehr entspannend mit tollem Ausblick, es gab sogar den Bademantel dazu :-)
Das Abendessen hatten wir an zwei Abenden und auch zweimal Frühstück, mit jeweils einer tollen Auswahl, waren sehr zufrieden, auch das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Gegend wunderschön zum Wandern, können es wirklich sehr empfehlen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel in guter, ruhiger Lage. Mit der Buslinie 951 kann man gratis in Osttirol fahren. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich (gute Matratze). Und das Frühstück kann sich sehen lassen!

Wszystko. Jedzenie nieziemsko dobre a sam jestem kucharzem od 15 lat. Personel bardzo miły Wszystko 10 na 10 chciałbym się doczepić (bo lubię) ale nie ma do czego

Nie ma takiej rzeczy. Szkoda tylko że nie ma Czajnika w pokoju. Chociaż też to rozumiem

Great location in the little hamlet of Hinterbichl with masses of great mountain walks available right from the hotel doorstep. Comfortable spacious room with quiet green outlook. Help yourself arrangement for drinks at dinner was great once we worked out the system! Great breakfast. Owner's son was very friendly and fun at helping with the service at dinner

Cons:

It's a small hotel so we would have expected a more personal service. Welcome was nice enough but the feeling was a bit offhand and impersonal during our stay. On our first night we arrived at the restaurant for dinner which was very crowded and when we eventually found someone to take us to a table we were offered a space at a small table already occupied by a single guy - he got the hint that we were uncomfortable with this and was kind enough to move to share with another single person so it worked out alright. Fortunately this was the exception and we found a table for our selves for our other nights. Dinner was simple hearty Austrian fare - was OK but not fine dining. Floor in our room was not cleaned everyday - sand on the floor.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Konzept - mit Selbstbedienung auf Vertrauensbasis bei den Getränken (wo gibt's denn sowas sonst?) und der Präsenz von jungen Servicemitarbeitern aus aller Herren Länder sowie auch des Chefs selbst. Das regt zum Plaudern an und macht Spaß! Dazu wunderbare Weine und hervorragendes Essen - und nicht zu vergessen eine riesige Auswahl an einsamen Wegen mit Wasserfällen und Berghütten in traumhafter Bergnatur. Von leichten Wanderungen bis zu anspruchsvollen Trails und alpinen Hochtouren, es freut sich das Sportlerherz. Und hinterher in die Sauna ...

Die Anreise mit vielen Staus - dafür kann der Gastgeber ja aber nix ...
