Our stay at The St. Regis Mumbai was truly memorable, made even more special by the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the team.

A special thank you to Sohan Karkera, who went out of his way to assist us with booking our Vande Bharat tickets to Shirdi. His help and kindness was greatly appreciated.

Prithesh Sherigar, Food & Beverage Manager, was outstanding. He made us feel extremely comfortable and took the extra effort to prepare a special departure snack for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

We would also like to acknowledge Waseem, Rites, Naysayers, Aryadhya and Jahanara from Food & Beverage for their attentive and friendly service. Saanvi from Butler Services was wonderful, and Doolchand from Housekeeping ensured everything was taken care of with great care.

A truly wonderful stay at The St. Regis, made even more special by Sidra, our butler. She went above and beyond to take exceptional care of my parents throughout their stay.

Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made them feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, allowing them to simply relax and enjoy their time. They came back with such wonderful things to say about both the experience and Sidra personally.

Had a lovely dinner experience at Seven Kitchens at The St. Regis Mumbai. The ambience was elegant yet warm, and the variety of cuisines and dishes made the experience really enjoyable. Everything was beautifully presented and well prepared, and the service was attentive and welcoming throughout the evening.

Our stay was made truly special thanks to our wonderful butler Ms.Saanvi , who went above and beyond to make my husband’s 30th birthday memorable. From the moment we arrived, she offered exceptional hospitality and was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

I had requested a special room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and she did an absolutely beautiful job. The room was decorated so tastefully and thoughtfully, and she even arraged a very delicious Chocolate cake for us.

Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. She made us feel very well taken care of and added a personal touch to our stay that we will remember for a long time.

Coming to the hotel, St.Regis speaks luxury. There was luxury from the tiniest details in each and every thing, had a truly great experience staying here. The interiors are soo beautiful & elegant.

Had a wonderful one-night stay at The St. Regis Mumbai in May. The hotel, ambience, rooms, and overall experience were excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Mr. Rushant Patil from the F&B/In-Room Dining team. He was extremely warm, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. He took great care of our in-room dining orders and even surprised us with some lovely complimentary snacks and treats. His thoughtful service and personal touch made our stay even more special. Truly a great experience — exceptional hospitality and service!
