The staff are amazing
沒有特別喜歡的地方，就是一間一般的飯店而已
1：地點位置太偏僻，巷道太窄，搭Grab常常遇到車子進不去的問題，要自己走一段路到巷口才能上下車子
2：第一次遇到沒有提供茶包跟咖啡包的飯店，這次住宿3晚，即使跟櫃檯反應，櫃檯都說隔天會補，不過，從來沒有提供！
3：這次住宿3晚，也是第一次遇到，會在吃早餐的時候，直接進入房間做清潔.甚至，其中一次，還是我們在房間休息，清潔人員直接開門進來清潔
If you're looking for a quiet, local setting overlooking the rice fields, this is a perfect location. The young woman at the front desk (I'm so sorry—I forgot her name) was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.
Unfortunately, as excited as we were to stay here, we were very disappointed when we arrived. Our room was extremely dirty, and there was mold throughout the bathroom and on the air conditioner. It was bad enough that we didn't feel comfortable staying, so we cut our losses and booked another hotel.
The staff did offer to clean the room, which I appreciated, but by that point we no longer felt comfortable staying.
It's especially unfortunate because this property has so much potential and could be a really wonderful place. I'm generally a very easygoing, go-with-the-flow traveler and not someone who is overly picky, but the amount of dirt and mold in our room was completely unacceptable, even at this price point.
The photos don't accurately reflect the condition of the room. In person, the dirt and mold were far more noticeable than they appeared in the pictures.
I'm truly sorry to leave this review, Maison Fleur Luxury Hoi An, because I believe this could be a great place to stay. With clean, well-maintained rooms, our experience would have been completely different. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this property did not meet the standard it advertises.

The location is fantastic...in the rice fields between the beach and the old town, either direction a 20 minute cycle ride. Very quiet and relaxing, with coffee shops (and a yoga studio) within a few minutes walk. Our room was great: bed was comfortable; the shower was good; the view was stunning; and, the breakfast was fabulous for a such a small hotel. The staff were lovely, very helpful and polite. Would stay again.
The pool is very small, great for a quick dip to cool off, but not really big enough to swim.
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Maison Fleur Luxury à Hoi An. L’établissement est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est absolument adorable, toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à rendre service, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Hoi An.

This beautiful hotel is located in the middle of Hoi An, so it’s close to both the beach and the old town. We had a beautiful view from our room! The breakfast was really good. You can choose what you want from the à la carte menu as well as from the buffet. Every day there is also a different Vietnamese dish available, which was really interesting to try. All the staff were very nice and helpful, and they really wanted to make us feel welcome and comfortable.❤️
The hotel has a partnership with a nice beach bar on a beautiful and quiet beach, so you can use the sunbeds and towels for free. 🏖️
One day we overslept and missed breakfast, but a kind receptionist prepared breakfast for us later, which was really thoughtful! 🙂
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Breakfast is served early, which was very convenient for our schedule. Any requests we made were attended to promptly, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy and efficient, even though we booked through Booking.com. We appreciated their excellent service and hospitality.
The hotel is good, but the access road is very narrow. Only one car can enter at a time from the main road to the hotel.

El baño requiere algo de mantenimiento. Las gomas de la ducha estaban despegadas en varios lugares y tenía bastante moho. La ubicación no me pareció nada excepcional. Luego conocimos una zona cerca del río con hoteles enfrente que nos hubiese gustado mucho más. Quizás será porque ahora en mayo los campos de enfrente al alojamiento ya no estaban verdes y solo se veía tierra trabajada y seca y eso puede haber cambiado nuestra percepción. De cualquier forma estuvo bueno poder alquilar moto y movernos por distintas zonas con libertad.
