A short walk to cafes and restaurants in Newcastle

Cons:

The room was located across from a pub. For the majority of the night it was all you could hear was screaming drunk people and loud music. Why would you place us here at $350 a night??

There was also some defect on the tram track so every car that drove over it, which was constantly, made a distinct loud clunk noise right that echoed in front of the room.

Overall we had much more comfortable stays in rooms at half the price on our trip. This was the most expensive and the worse of the bunch. The hallways had carpet that was not properly laid, the door numbers were hand written. The bed was two singles to make one large bed, the TV in the lounge was placed in a weird low position. The couch was stained. It looked a lot better in the pictures and was not worth the cost.

A fabulous find.
Pros:

Loved this place. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped to cook if you want to. The free basket of chocs, chips and lollies at reception was a really nice gesture, as was the hand-written welcome note and text inviting you to freely contact staff for whatever reason. Appreciated the pre-arrival phone call checking on car parking needs. Well located on the light train line and close to some beaches and excellent restaurants. Not far from the mall and supermarket. Well done Terminus - you are nailing customer service, cleanliness and communication for sure.

Very pleasant but luckily didn’t have to stay in the room for any length of time other than to sleep.

We booked a queen apartment with a balcony. However the balcony was blocked of any view at all and we were disappointed. Room 404 should be advertised differently given that, yes it had a balcony, but if you sat out there you could not see a thing!

Great stay, very nice staff, made the stay very pleasant.

It was a very nice, clean apartment, the location was great as it was right near the beach. The room had a city outlook which was nice. The apartment was a great size for 4 of us.

Comfortable, spacious well equipped in the best location!
Pros:

Excellent location, large apartment - very spacious. The staff were wonderful - very accommodating and helpful. The hotel has a lounge area so if you’re there early or waiting for your ride to the airport - you can wait comfortably there.
