Renovation Information (2026)
Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026. The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026. The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time. From then onwards, the hotel will operate with self check-in. The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Just a heads-up, there’s no private bathroom in your room. You’ll need to share a toilet and a bathroom with four other rooms.

Pros:

Super Lage & sehr schönes Hotel. In der gemütlichen Lobby gibt es eine Kaffemaschine mit der man selbst Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten kann. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Location was great and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Very stuffy inside the room. Only small room with one fan. No place to keep luggage. No water bottle and u need to use staircase from 4th to 5th floor .

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo y el personal amable. Está muy limpio. Incluso los baño compartidos siempre estaban perfectos. Te dan una tarjeta con descuentos para utilizar en la zona y te permiten dejar las maletas si llegas antes de la hora de check in

Cons:

Creo que debería tener aire acondicionado en la habitación, solo había ventilador. Si te toca el último piso tenés que subir por escalera.

Simple rooms in an otherwise comfortable and welcoming hotel. Good breakfast buffet with seating outdoors in the fresh morning air by a fountain. The room is clean and despite having a shared bathroom, there is a basin in the room. Flat walk to the Interlaken Ost station, and to the Harder Kulm funicular.

Cons:

Although in the midst of a heatwave, the room does not have air conditioning (it did not claim to), it had nice casement windows to open for a breeze all night, and was equipped with a pedestal fan.

朝食がとてもおいしかったです。スタッフの方々はとても親切に対応してくださいました。ロビーの近くにはコーヒーや軽食も用意されていて、一息つくことができました。2日目に荷物を預けた際も、快く受け入れてくださいました。

清潔感があり、気になることはとくにありませんでしたが、部屋にトイレとお風呂が備え付けだとなお便利だと思いました。私たちの部屋は最上階で、途中からエレベーターではなく階段を使う必要がありました。

Very comfortable stay, wish to come back soon.
Pros:

Very decent and well-maintained room, if you are lucky you even get the view of the Jungfrau. Very close to the Interlaken Ost station, easy to go everywhere.
