Still have not received an invoice despite multiple requests. Staff say it takes five working days to produce a guest invoice - really? Room not particularly clean. Expensive stay for one night just to catch a train.

Pros:

Emplacement pratique et sympa, à 2min du métro. Très bon quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants sympas aux alentours et à 10min à pied de oxford street

Avec les chaleurs actuelles, il faisait chaud dans le logement malgré le ventilateur mis a disposition

Hoeslaken bed Leek niet echt te passen, schoot iedere keer los en zat niets onder dus lag rechtstreeks op matras. Raam kan niet goed open, was erg warm. Voor bagage opslag wordt 5 pond gerekend, bij navragen wordt aangegeven dat er tot 18 uur iemand is. Helaas bij ophalen niemand aanwezig, telefonisch niemand bereikbaar, via behulpzame schoonmaakster kwam er iemand waardoor we nog net op tijd konden vertrekken

Worn out, tired, unwelcoming and poor value for money. Only positive is the location.
Pros:

In a good location for the west end or Euston station. Also, Charlotte Street itself is very vibrant with lots of nice restaurants and bars.

Cons:

The fixtures and fittings in the room were seriously tired. In the bathroom the sink had no plug, so a shave was out. The floor tiles were cracked. The shower fittings were tired and broken. In the bedroom, the bed wasn't level. Plus the bed was placed awkwardly in front of the window - perhaps once a single room that had been inadvisedly converted to a double. Some of the decor was very tired. The radiator looked like a health hazard it had so much filth on it. The TV or aerial was faulty so I couldn't get terrestrial channels. When I stayed (in the summer) it was incredibly hot in the room. A fan was provided but this was quite noisy so it was either a case of being kept awake by the heat or the noise of the fan. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Check-in was via an automated machine in the hallway which was a faff to use and had me worried I wouldn't be able to get my key to get into my room. Just really poor, particularly at the price.

Pros:

Oltiin perheen kanssa vain yksi yö Lontoossa, majoitusta on hankala löytää niin lyhyeksi ajaksi ja viikonloppua vasten. Hinta oli aika korkea, mutta yleiseen tasoon nähden ok. Sijainti todella hyvä ja keskeinen. Perhehuone erittäin siisti. Isossa huoneessa oli kaikki mitä pitikin.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli yksi perinteinen lattiatuuletin, mikä oli aika riittämätön kesällä. Kaikilla oli vaikeuksia nukkua kuumuuden takia.

No go, don't stay here.

Cons:

The apartment was not at the advertised location and was actually located further down the street in a very old building. The hallways smelled strongly of mildew and were small, cluttered with garbage and laundry bags that remained there for days. The building also did not feel secure, with little to no security.

The apartment itself was very dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves using the cleaning supplies that were left in the hallway. The kitchen and bathroom were both dirty, and the bathroom was extremely small, dark, and smelled of mildew.

We booked an apartment for 3 people with three beds, but bedding was only provided for two beds. The sofa bed had no bedding or pillows, forcing one person to sleep on a dirty couch covered in stains and hair for three nights. The sheets also had blood and stains on them.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would recommend staying at a budget hotel or even a private hostel instead. The guy was also extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay.

Not worth the $900 for 3 nights.

Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and very clean. The location was fantastic- just a short walk to Oxford st. Easy checkout with key drop off at the property. I would definitely stay again
