Bardzo głośno. Wycieczki szkolne w noce utrudniały spanie do conajmniej drugiej. Bardzo niesie się dźwięk w budynku.

Czystość w ogólnodostępnych łazienkach. Nie było brudno, ale odnoszę wrażenie, że od czasu przyjazdu nikt w nich nie sprzątał. W efekcie ręcznik przucony przez innych gości w piątek leżał na podłodze do niedzieli. Może to dlatego, że pobyt wypadał na weekend. Poza tym ściany powinny lepiej tłumić dźwięk.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Dobra lokalizacja w sam raz na półgodzinne dojście do centrum. Bezpłatny parking to ogromna wygoda. Najlepsza lokalizacja w Toruniu po czterokrotnych odwiedzinach.
