Cons:

El cuarto individual tiene una cama miniatura. No soy especialmente alto y yo no cabía en la cama. En general, el lugar no esta muy lindo pero se entiende por el precio competitivo en Nueva Zelanda.

Pros:

Great place to stay for a few nights! The staff was excellent, caring, helpful and genuinely lovely. The room and bed were really comfortable. It was quiet at night. Great location across from the park and a few short minutes to walk into town.

Cons:

The shared kitchen was a bit chaotic, but we didn't need to use it :)

Comfortable relaxing stay.
Pros:

Off-street parking was good. Staff were helpful and welcoming, the room was well kept and well secured, and the bed was comfortable. The shower, toilet and lavatory were all separate which was good. There was also a balcony to enjoy the views. The neighbourhood was quite considering its right next to Kuirau park. Location was great!

Cons:

We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift so we just took what we needed for our 2 day stay and left our luggages in the car. No closet to hang clothes on but there was a short hanging rail, could be longer. We ended up putting our clothes on the chairs in the room. Also, there was a thumping sound coming out of the wall when the lavatory tap is turned on. It goes away after a few when the tap is turned off. That’s what we concluded (Room 305)

We had our mini Schnauzer with us, and Urban Lounge Sleepery is one of the few places in Rotorua that allows pets. The staff were great and accommodating. The pub next door, Black Lebal adds the perfect combo to this motel"

Pros:

A localização é ótima, em frente ao parque da cidade que tem atividade termal, ótimo para visitar. Hospitalidade do funcionário que nos recebeu! Tem estacionamento gratuito! Tamanho do quarto muito bom e cama confortável, peguei o quarto privativo com banheiro!

O chuveiro demora muito tempo para esquentar e sai pouca água!

Terrific value and comfort if you like stairs!
Pros:

Great location. Super comfortable bed. Large room. Great pool. Very close to Eat st and lake front.

Cons:

Worst key system and endless noise with no rules.
Pros:

Fluffy bed and good fourniture w colorful art

Cons:

The card key system was a total nightmare. Upon check-in and on the second night, my card key completely failed to work, and I was locked out multiple times, wasting about 30 minutes each time just to get help. Another night, I almost lost my phone which held my digital key. Since I had to pack my things in a rush, head to my friend's house, and go straight to the airport, I tried to figure out how to call for help in the middle of the night, only to be told it would cost a $100 call-out fee. This fee system is terrifying when their key system is already so unreliable.
On top of that, the hostel is extremely noisy and has zero soundproofing. There were many Chinese families with children, and the kids kept slamming doors, opening and closing them constantly, and yelling. Yet, the hostel has no warning signs or rules asking guests to stay quiet at night. To make matters worse, at 1:00 AM, some guests were blasting music in the hallway. Even in the morning, while people were still resting, a South Asian cleaning staff member was cleaning while playing loud ethnic music. There is zero respect for guests' sleep or peace here.
