It had a bad smell plus there were no where to put ur clothes & when you had a shower there no where to put shampoo and conditioner and soap plus carpets were bad plus we had room 12 when u looked out the window at dark my granddaughter & her pal seen mice or rats down on another building plus lots of black bags out where the were

Cons:
❌The room smelled strongly of spoiled food upon arrival.
❌The mini-fridge was uncleaned and infested with food flies.
❌Towels supplied in the room were visibly dirty/stained.
❌Housekeeping quality control is non-existent, and customer service only offered minimal compensation after failing to provide a clean environment.
Final verdict:
If you value your health and personal comfort, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. As the old saying goes, "buy cheap, pay twice" you are much better off spending a little extra for a reputable hotel than dealing with dirty towels, odours, and flies in the fridge!

Superb......The main man on reception couldn't of been nicer. Class location as well especially if ur going the darts which we was the Winter Gardens entrance is 100 yards away.

Bunk beds were unsecure.

Wasn’t clean, bad odour. Not enough beds as mentioned and not enough duvets as well. Utensils were in a very bad condition. No washing up liquid as well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly welcoming and very happy to help. The location was very easy to get around I really enjoyed my stay and felt relaxed throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay and look forward to come back again

We had a very disappointing experience staying at this hostel. The room was in an unacceptable condition: it was dirty, there was an unbearable smell, the ceiling was damaged, and the sofa was broken. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, so we had no choice but to book another hotel at our own expense.
Unfortunately, we were refused a refund. When we asked for our money back, the owner claimed they had "lost revenue" because of our cancellation. However, this did not add up. The following day, as we walked past the hostel, there was a "No Vacancies" sign hanging on the door, which suggested the hostel was fully booked. This made the explanation we were given seem inconsistent.
Overall, we felt misled and treated unfairly. The condition of the accommodation was far below what was advertised, and the lack of willingness to resolve the issue professionally made the experience even worse. I would not recommend staying here.
