The location was good.

Cons:

One of the showers was not in use, leaving only one shower for the whole hotel that was unclean. I left after 10 minutes and they refused refund.

I booked a room about 10pm, he said we needed to pick the keys up by 11:30pm my phone battery went dead and we struggled to find it we got there at 1pm , other guest was entering so we managed to get in but he refused to give us our key , we refused to leave the police was called lost my money and slept on the Streets he ruined everything because he didn't want to pass us a key to the room we paid for

Pros:

We was checked in early upon arrival. Staff are all lovely, I had a problem first night was helped and sorted immediately. Staff are amazing and very helpful/friendly. Wifi worked great tv etc too. Yes there are property "imperfections" but I didn't pay £800 I paid £80 so am I going to moan or knock this property down? Definitely not. For what I paid I cannot fault whatsoever.

Зручне розташування

Cons:

Брудно , постіль стара зіпрана і дирява .
Поселились пізно ввечері і до вечора наступного дня, не могли сходити в душ , і зарядити гаджети, тому що окрім світла в апартаментах нічого не працювало, був виключений якийсь рубильник.
Також в апартаментах сиро та холодно.
