Habitación verdaderamente cómoda con aire acondicionado.
Pros:

Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y el desayuno está muy rico por $100MXN extra agregas chilaquiles o huevos al gusto. Las vistas desde la terraza también son muy lindas. Las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas.

Cons:

Está en la cima del cerro así que hay que tener buena condición física para poder llegar caminando

Booking heeft absoluut geen controle over wat word aangeboden door de hotel aan de klant,
personeel hebben nooit een hotel school gezien en hebben geen flauwe idee wat service is
Er wordt gezegd dat de pobere,misère continental breakfast die op een plankje stond een attentie van de hotel is
maar we hebben bij Booking een kamer betaald inclusief ontbijt

Pros:

La cálida atención del personal. Fueron súper atentos, nos dejaron entrar en cuando la habitación estuvo lista, antes de la hora del checkin, lo cual nos ayudó mucho ya que hicimos un viaje nocturno y necesitábamos descansar. Todo súper limpio, muy atentos, cerca del centro:

Hôtel bien situé avec un personnel agréable et très professionnel.

Enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Hotel war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Vom Chef abgesehen (siehe weiterer Kommentar unten) möchten wir ausdrücklich die Freundlichkeit der anderen Mitarbeiter erwähnen.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung wurde ein amerikanisches Frühstück angegeben. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass warme Speisen wie Rührei nur gegen Aufpreis von 100 MXN erhältlich sind. Das entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem, was man unter einem amerikanischen Frühstück versteht.

Auf unsere Nachfrage verwies uns der Mitarbeiter (er war auch der Chef) lediglich an Booking.com. Dabei wird die Beschreibung der angebotenen Leistungen vom Hotel selbst eingestellt und sollte daher auch vom Hotel korrekt kommuniziert werden. Leider waren wir auch vom Verhalten des Mitarbeiters enttäuscht. Während des Gesprächs reagierte er aus unserer Sicht unfreundlich und drehte sogar die Musik lauter, anstatt auf unser Anliegen einzugehen.

Außerdem ist die Lage weniger zentral, als es in vielen Bewertungen dargestellt wird. Je nach Ziel muss man deutlich längere Wege einplanen.

The loft was great. The balcony in other room was nice too. Lady at front desk was helpful and nice. The breakfast staff was helpful too.
