I would not stay here again
Pros:

The garden was well kept and the hammock was a nice touch

Cons:

We were in a superior room which turned out to be the basic entry level room. It was really small. After 1 night we managed to move to a deluxe room which was a bit bigger.

The gardens outside the bungalows/duplexes were beautifully maintained, but the rooms were less rustic island charm and were just shabby. The bathroom door does not shut so you have to bolt it inside and bolt it outside.

The rooms had ridiculously low hanging light fittings either side of the bed, so you’d bang some part of yourself when getting in or out of bed!

Breakfast was average although the fresh pineapple juice was very delicious.

Having walked round the whole island (about an hour and 15 mins), the beach in front of the hotel was perhaps the least attractive stretch of beach we came across, especially in low tide.

The ‘island view Gili Air’ sign above the swing in the water has a few letters missing which also gave the property an unloved feel about it.

Echamos de menos piscina con marea baja
Pros:

La habitación muy bonita. Teníamos hasta hamaca.
Muy amables para hacer el desayuno temprano, muy puntuales.

Cons:

Cuando baja la marea te quedas sin playa (en nuestro caso era toda la tarde). Con el calor que hace y sin playa echas de menos una piscina.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement.
La chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain.
Nous avons apprécié la terrasse ombragée.
Nous avons adoré le bar les pied dans le sable face à la mer et les excellents barbecue le soir avec les poissons frais.
Idéal pour les sunsets.
Nous recommandons ce logement.

Direkt am Strand mit tollem Sonnenuntergang

Cons:

Viele tote Korallen am Strand, so das man ohne Schuhe nicht ins Wasser konnte, ab Mittag war Ebbe, kleines Bett, Bungalow sehr dunkel und klein, kein Föhn, kein Fernseher, Frühstück relativ eintönig

Très bon moments
Pros:

C’est un endroit très calme , nous avons passé un super séjour . Très bien placé pour voir des magnifiques coucher de soleil. On est les pieds dans le sable .

Nice, would have loved to stay longer but I had to leave and hit the emergency clinic ;p
Pros:

Tommy at reception and the crew at the BBQ and the bar were all fantastic, very friendly and excellent service.
Bungalow in general was nice, with rustic features. Room servicing was good and unobtrusive.

Cons:

Some tea and coffee facilities in the bungalows would be great for earlybirds as nothing was available before 07:30.
The mosquito canopy on our bed was rather stained, dirty and ineffective. I managed to contract Chikungunya by the last day :( I won't hold that against you, but perhaps you should provide some bug spray in the rooms too.

Ambiente und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorragend,
Frühstück war frisch, die Auswahl könnte größer sein, die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet für die 3 Sterne, Wasserdruck könnte höher sein, da kann ich aber auch verwöhnt sein. Alles in allen sehr gut

Great Value for Money/ Fabulous Staff
Pros:

Great location with the Villa set back off the beach. Restaurant and bar area right on the beach. The Villa was perfect for 3 friends to share. Aircon fabulous all over the villa. Beds very comfortable. Staff amazing and very helpful

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was no swimming pool but the sea was right there so wasn’t the end of the world

Magnifique île et hôtel très bien entretenu, le tout dans une végétation luxuriante en bord de plage
Pros:

le logement pour la famille de 4 personne est située à 50m de la plage où le bar et le restaurant sont présents. Petite déjeuner les pieds dans le sable face à la mer, et soleil couchant pour le dîner du soir.
Endroit parfait, plage de sable blanc, faune marine importante et magique.

Heerlijke bungalows op een geweldig eiland 🏝️
Pros:

Zeer nette bungalows met leuke open air badkamer, goede bedden en airco’s, en een hangmat. Fijn aan het strand met lekker ontbijt. Personeel helpt met trips en lost eventueele problemen zeer netjes op.

L’hôtel doit faire un réel effort sur la propreté.
Pros:

L’emplacement face a la mer, le petit déjeuner sur la plage, le jardin de l’hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas du tout propres. Les moustiques et leurs traces ( sang) sont sur les moustiquaires, les oreillers et même les murs.
Certes l’hôtel est face à la mer mais nous avons choisi de nager ailleurs car la mer n’était pas propre.
