Very welcoming
Pros:

We had a great time at Koko Hills. The host was very welcoming. We were the only people there and the host was very hospitable ( leaving the pool open and even gave us a free bottle of wine!) The rooms were the lovely and clean. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the Seven Rila Lakes.

Pros:

Camera abbastanza grande con finestra e balconcino.
Completa di tutto il necessario. Bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio ( noi avremmo preferito una doccia. Comunque si riusciva a fare la doccia senza allagare per terra).
L’hotel è appena fuori dalla frazione di Sapareva Banya.
Piscina coperta con acqua calda e idromassaggi. Credo che in estate la copertura venga tolta.
Servizio di mezza pensione conveniente.
Nel complesso siamo stati bene.

Cons:

La struttura è costituita da più”torri” a due o tre piani. Le scale che portano dal secondo al terzo sono strette e ripide, ho avuto difficoltà a portare su la valigia.
Il letto matrimoniale aveva lenzuola sintetiche e troppo piccole. Siamo stati due notti, la camera è stata rifatta, nel senso che i cestini sono stati svuotati, ma il letto solo coperto.
Wi fi funzionava poco. Qualche problema di comunicazione con lo staff che non parlava inglese.
La ristorazione non era male, ho trovato abbastanza varietà e cibi cucinati semplicemente.
