Pros:

スタッフの方々も優しく、プールやビュッフェも大満足でした。ハーフボードにしましたが、ちょうどよかったです。お酒をそこまで飲まないので、オールインクルーシブだったら無駄だったし、三食ホテルだと飽きたと思います。清掃も綺麗でしたし、スリッパやお水、ウェルカムフルーツと最後のデザートプレートも嬉しかったです。

Cons:

ほぼ毎晩深夜まで爆音の音楽やショーがあり、子連れにとっては迷惑でした。また、エアコンが壊れていたのかつけられず、夜は少し寝苦しかったです。

Cons:

Wine from a box on all inclusive. Very poor wine, poor selection of drinks. We were only able to book 1 restaurant by second day as the rest were booked out for our stay. Beds very uncomfortable and hard.

Struttura molto curata e pulita. Il ristorante con buffet ha piatti di buona qualità. Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di cenare in due dei tre ristoranti alla carta, in particolare quello con cucina tipica

Expérience décevante malgré les efforts du personnel.

À notre arrivée, une erreur d’attribution de chambre a été faite : nous avions réservé une chambre vue jardin mais avons été placés face à la piscine et aux transats, avec moins d intimité et plus de nuisance. Après réclamation dès notre arrivée, nous avons été changés de chambre, et nous avons subi une invasion de fourmis/ fourmis volantes dans la chambre et salle de bain vers 21h. La désinsectisation nous a contraints à attendre près d’une heure dehors avec un enfant en bas age, avant de devoir finalement réintégrer la première chambre (face piscine) à 22h30 à cause de l’odeur insupportable d’insecticide.

L’ambiance all inclusive entraîne également des nuisances nocturnes ou comme des verres abandonnés dans l’aire de jeux pour enfants.

Odeur d égouts dans la salle de bain, porte de la douche qui ne pouvait pas se fermer.

1 jeu de serviettes de piscine devrait être mise a disposition dans la chambre.

Le parking de l' hôtel organisé entre conteneurs a déchets et palettes, est loin du standing affiché par l’hôtel.

Adorei, voltava sem dúvida.
Pros:

Tudo, hotel ótimo, pessoal muito simpático.
O hotel tem muitas condições e está muito bem preparado. Ficamos hospedado com regime de meia pensão e posso dizer que o pequeno almoço era ótimo e o jantar também. Sempre com muita escolha. Ótimo para levar crianças.

Cons:

La chambre indiqué sur ma réservation n’était pas celle que nous avons eu. Le balcon était vraiment minuscule.
Les prises ne fonctionnait pas toutes.
Notre chambre a était nettoyé assez tard..

Pros:

Food and drink choices also cocktails were great with very good choices. Restaurants, all-inclusive and a la carte options were brilliant. Pool areas, always could get sunl oungers or beds. Friendly staff and very helpful. Comfortable room

Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful, Spivos and Konstantina were most accommodating and a credit to the hotel. The newly refurbished rooms are gorgeous, along with the food hall and entrance to the hotel. The food was of good quality with an aray of fresh fruit.
