Incredible hotel with even more incredible staff
Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay! We visited for our honeymoon and unfortunately the airline lost our luggage and we were severely delayed. The incredible Domenico stayed up until 3am to wait for us to check us in and the hotel upgraded our room for our honeymoon and also gifted us a bottle of Prosecco. The room was spacious and beautiful, the pool area was trendy and the breakfast was 10/10. What makes this place incredible though is the staff, they called for 4 days straight the airport helping us locate our luggage, they were kind, understanding and nothing seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to Domenico and Dominica, you both went above and beyond and we will never forget your kindness. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

Pros:

La colazione è il primo punto di forza, tutto freschissimo, preparato al momento, è ricercato, davvero davvero ottima!
Posizione eccellente, camere ampie, piscina bellissima e con sdraio molto confortevoli, parcheggio al chiuso, staff gentilissimo!

Un lieu exceptionnel proche du centre de Tropéa

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le lieu est fantastique, avec un coin piscine magnifique et des chambres climatisées et de bonne taille. C’est idéalement situé dans Tropéa, c’est un endroit calme avec un personnel qui fait toute la différence. C’est tout une équipe attentionnée, au service du client et de son bien-être et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Un grand merci à toute cette équipe pour cette qualité de service. Encore merci et bravo à toute l’équipe !
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il posto è fantastico, con una splendida zona piscina e camere climatizzate e di buone dimensioni. Si trova in una posizione ideale a Tropéa: è un luogo tranquillo con un personale che fa davvero la differenza. È un team davvero attento, al servizio del cliente e del suo benessere, e di una gentilezza eccezionale. Un grande grazie a tutto il team per la qualità del servizio. Ancora grazie e complimenti a tutto il team!

Tökéletes minden szempontból.
Pros:

Nagyon kedvesek voltak és minden biztosított volt egy kényelmes pihenéshez. Életemben nem értékeltem, de itt minden olyan tökéletes volt, hogy kénytelen vagyok. A gluténmentes reggeli pedig életem legfinomabbja volt, ami válogatást nekem külön készítettek reggelente.

Pros:

The owners have created a beautiful & tranquil space in Tropea. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean & well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic, the daily omlettes & cakes were incredible. All the staff were very helpful & friendly. The pool area is fantastic & when venturing out, it's only a short walk to the beach & town. Tropea station is only 12 minutes by foot. Communication after booking was excellent & the kindly arranged a very late check in.
We will be back & highly recommend staying at Sui Generis.

Pros:

Wir haben im Mai 10 Tage in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Fußläufig ist die wunderschöne Altstadt in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Rooftop Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man wird mit leckern Getränken und ein paar Snacks verwöhnt, sofern man das möchte. Überwältigt waren wir von dem frisch zubereiteten Frühstück. Jeden Tag gab es andere leckere Köstlichkeiten. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es werden auch einige Ausflüge angeboten. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants waren sehr hilfreich und ein Volltreffer!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden ganz bestimmt wieder zurück kommen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Wir denken sehr gerne an die schöne Zeit zurück.

Cons:

Ein bisschen mehr Stauraum. Es gab wenig Ablagefläche für unsere Kleidung. Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre auch schön.

Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous. Staff very attentive and courteous. Front desk gave us restaurant recommendations of which they were very good. Front desk also assisted us in getting us a taxi to train station for speed train to Rome during a regional train strike.
