Fabulous guest house close to old town with spacious rooms great breakfast and friendly staff

Proximity to old town, breakfast beside pool area and good selection of food both savoury and sweet, large room with balcony , helpful staff.

Pros:

The owners have created a beautiful & tranquil space in Tropea. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean & well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic, the daily omlettes & cakes were incredible. All the staff were very helpful & friendly. The pool area is fantastic & when venturing out, it's only a short walk to the beach & town. Tropea station is only 12 minutes by foot. Communication after booking was excellent & the kindly arranged a very late check in.
We will be back & highly recommend staying at Sui Generis.

Pros:

Wir haben im Mai 10 Tage in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Fußläufig ist die wunderschöne Altstadt in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Rooftop Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man wird mit leckern Getränken und ein paar Snacks verwöhnt, sofern man das möchte. Überwältigt waren wir von dem frisch zubereiteten Frühstück. Jeden Tag gab es andere leckere Köstlichkeiten. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es werden auch einige Ausflüge angeboten. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants waren sehr hilfreich und ein Volltreffer!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden ganz bestimmt wieder zurück kommen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Wir denken sehr gerne an die schöne Zeit zurück.

Cons:

Ein bisschen mehr Stauraum. Es gab wenig Ablagefläche für unsere Kleidung. Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre auch schön.

Would highly recommend
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous. Staff very attentive and courteous. Front desk gave us restaurant recommendations of which they were very good. Front desk also assisted us in getting us a taxi to train station for speed train to Rome during a regional train strike.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The hotel was very clean and beautiful.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very helpful throughout the day and were very friendly. The hotel is an easy walk to the center of town.

Très bel hôtel, personnel disponible et gentil. Très bien situé
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner est très bon préparé tous les jours avec des produits frais et locaux… un délice !! Et la proximité à pied du centre historique.

Cons:

Si je peux me permettre une suggestion c’est de mettre une petite étagère pour poser nos affaires de toilette et un autre porte serviette de bain.

Pros:

We were in Tropea at the start of October, the communication with the hotel was fast and excellent, so were the services and also I have to give special appreciation to Domenico (hope I spelled it right) who was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the stay.
