Pros:

Milé slečny na recepci. Dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Měli jsme dostat pokoj 25 m 2 s pohovkou. Místo toho pokoj 12m2 s úzkou manželskou postelí, tvrdymi matracemi, nešlo dovřít okno a na podlaze bylo asi 8 mrtvých much. Snídaně od 8 ráno jen hodinu. Obsluha otevřela 8,10 hodin.

Obiekt nie spełnił moich oczekiwać w kontekście ceny do jakości / standardu.
Pros:

Bliskość natury, baseny termalne na miejscu, kilka kolib w okolicy, które uratowały nam zapotrzebowanie na posiłki. Śniadania OK, ale bez szału.

Cons:

Zamknięta restauracja w obiekcie, w której można było by się stołować, musieliśmy korzystać z okolicznych kolib. Za wysoka cena do standardu. Pomimo wcześniejszego, telefonicznego potwierdzenia przez personel, że szlafroki (na potrzeby wizyt w termach) są na wyposażeniu pokoju, niestety ich nie było. Po dłuższej dyskusji udało się je zorganizować. Baseny termalne w przebudowie. Posiłki w barze basenowym marnej jakości. Gwarantowany widok z apartamentu na góry nie zapewniony - był jedynie widokiem na parking samochodowy. Resztę widoku zasłaniał obszerny dach budynku. Elektryczny grzejnik łazienkowy po włączeniu działał 5 minut, później się wyłączał!

Excellent staff, but overpriced room
Pros:

We had a problem with the booking (I did not indicate that we were two adults and one kid), but the extremely kind staff solved it promptly. Overall, however, the room was overpriced

Pros:

Páčilo sa nám že bol voľný vstup do aquaparku bolo dostatok lehátok a voda bola super.

Cons:

Boli sme ubytovaní v malej izbe ktorá bola ozaj mala keby som posunula stolička tak neprejdem.Tiez aj raňajky mohli byt v cene určite by si ľudia priplatili ako takto.
