Location and parking.
Nothing bad to say.
I love your lodge and all the people are extremely friendly. I especially appreciate Jeannie at the front desk who I wish I could take home with m. She was over the top wonderful. She needs to be promoted or at least given a $5. Raise for her sweet hospitality.
I don’t know the name of the girl she works with but she was very nice too.
My friends from church are coming there this summer. Your lodge is THE BEST. FYI there was a handyman fixing the tires on the carriers he was spot on with his repairs.
I love love love this place!
God bless you all or as you say y’all

Clean and beautiful
We really enjoyed the location and the ability to walk to most things we wanted to see and do. We also enjoyed the balcony and the sound of the creek. We made a new friend, a groundhog, and also got to see a bear crossing the creek. The room was clean and comfortable.
There wasn’t a single thing that we didn’t like.
Staff were helpful and if you enjoy hustle and bustle, location was good.
Invasion of centipedes, so could not sit outside on our balcony. Staff did come and spray them but they kept returning! The hot water was almost non existant, inspite of a new plumbing system apparantly! Maintenance came and cleared the traps as the water was not draining away in the second room we stayed in, which were full of hair and other grime! Traps had not been cleaned for a very long time. We moved from our original room because of the centipedes and the hotwater issues but the second room although marginally better, had the same problems.
We run a holiday let business so can appreciate it is not always easy to get things right but this was awful.
The location is perfect. Customer service was helpful and accommodating.
