Pros:

The location was awesome. We walked to everything except the park. The staff was super friendly at check-in. The lodge had a very homey feel. We received fresh clean towels daily during our stay and didn’t even have to ask. Breakfast was good. Bacon/sausage and pancakes or waffles would be nice to add to the choices but they had plenty of other options to fill us up. :)
The pool was great. I would definitely stay here again based on location, cleanliness, and overall felt like a home away from home!

Cons:

If I had to pick something it would be the pool wasn’t heated it was very cold.

We stayed 3 nights in a river front room. It was clean and comfortable. An older property but a good value.
Pros:

Centrally located in Gatlinburg w river front rooms available. Free parking and across the street from a free shuttle stop.

Cons:

The free breakfast was minimal and poor quality.

Nice place to stay if you want to tour Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Pros:

In a very convenient location for all of Gatlinburg sites. We were able to get a free trolley that went all over Gatlinburg directly outside the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little better. No meat to go with the eggs which could be handled with a microwave or two.

Our stay was fantastic!
Pros:

Everything was great! Location was the best part. Walking distance to attractions and restaraunts.
We went to the aquarium, sky park, anakeesta, and many trails near gatlinburg.
Great restaraunts nearby. We saw a bear walk under Howard’s an amazing local restaraunt.

Cons:

Bacon with the breakfast. Everything is better with bacon.
