We were able to enjoy all the things we went for without even driving around. It was a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Close to everything. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast included. Friendly staff. Asked for a different room higher up and they found one for us.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all great!

Pros:

Solid breakfast each morning. Close to the southern end of the city, but a long walk to the other end. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

On 3rd floor and only way to walk to/from was to either come from garage (not safe) or walk down outside steps. No ADA available. Shower was difficult to fetch in/out of due to it being oddly elevated.

The view with the running lake and we saw some geese, a mama duck with her ducklings and a badger stopped by to say hi. Truly magical. I will stay here again.
