Fantastic relaxing stay
Pros:

The entire resort was amazing the staff were friendly and the food was exceptional with a few different dishes every day

It offered great value for money
Pros:

This property was not as big as the resort in Lara
Dont expect a huge hotel
It was good for us because
Everything is within a short walking distance, including the restaurant, pool, and bars
Buffet restaurant was better than what I expected for this value
Alcoholic drinks was very good
We stayed in a land view room and it was great

Cons:

Ala carte restaurant the sea food was very bad
It has only 3 main course we ordered 3 of them and all of them was very bad
The only good thing abt the ala carte restaurant was the awesome view and delicious dessert
But off course if u eat in the buffet restaurant u will have better food

I would visit again indeed
Pros:

a nice variety on the breakfast buffet and wide range to cover many options from fruits, fried eggs and breads the bar always in every morning was amazing
one staff member made the experience not very nice was receptionist Zahnargul, she was ignorant and disrespectful while approached her at reception, she had me waiting while taking phone calls and calling a member of staff to discuss work needed for rooms when I arrived before any of this happened. I found it disrespectful and she had very straight face. in the other hand her colleague wearing glasses I didn't catch his name was very smily and respectful gentleman.

Cons:

staff needs to pay more attention if tenant leaving table for more food or leaving food area, as our drinks was taken while bringing deserts twice :)

Cons:

Bazen havuzda yeterli yer olmuyor, insanlar çok erken kalkıp sadece havlu koyarak yer kapıyor. Bu hiç normal değil.

Herşey dahil otel konseptine büyük şüpheyle ve çekinceyle bakmaktaydık. Fakat Samara Hotel 2 haftalık konaklamamızda bütün düşüncelerimizi değiştirdi. Ne kadar muhteşem bir aile oteli! Sadece gelen misafirler açısından değil; bütün otel ekibi büyük bir aile. Burada çalışan herkesin yüzü gülüyor; kurdukları iletişim, işlerine olan sevgi ve saygıları gerçekten etkileyiciydi. 14 gün kaldığınız bir otelde en küçük bir sorun olmaz mı? Olmadı!!! Çünkü gerçek bir profesyonel koordinasyon ve disiplin söz konusu. Böyle bir konsepti böylesine güzel bir ritimde sürdürebilmek büyük bir emek işi, çok büyük. Oda temizliğinden, anlatmakla bitmez muhteşem yemeklere, tesisin genel temizliği ve sakinliğinden, sempatikliğinden, yiyecek ve içeceklerin sadece lezzetli, çok çeşitli olmasının ötesinde birinci sınıf malzeme kalitesiyle sunulmasına, en küçük detaylara kadar belirli bir kalite standartının altına hiçbir zaman düşülmemesine kadar, her köşesinde hissedilen tüm bu iyiniyeti ne kadar takdir etsek azdır; gerçekten misafir olarak ağırlandığımızı hissettik ve en önemlisi gerçekten dinlenebildik!

Konaklamamız boyunca bizlerle ilgilenen tüm ekibe içten teşekkürlerimizi sunmak isteriz. Kahvaltı servisinde Fatma Gül Hanım ve Nurullah Bey son derece nazik, seviyeli, dikkatli ve özenliydiler. Gerçekten kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Buse Hanım ve Basri Bey, programlarını son derece sıcak ve profesyonel bir şekilde tanıttılar. Nazik ve samimi yaklaşımlarıyla moral verdiler. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Ece Su Hanım, Kağan Bey, Doruk Bey ve ismini anımsayamadığımız tüm o pırıl pırıl gençler. Good enough if you do not mind the details
Pros:

The staff is attentive, and the overall communication is always good and positive.
There is a good variety of food, and you can probably find something to your taste.

Cons:

Our room showed signs of wear, with visible damage; our bathroom light had exposed cables.
Food was mostly bland, making it hard to find anything tasty.
The beach area is intentionally overcrowded with sunbeds. I don't mind the early-morning towel-throwing method to grab a sunbed, but the maths was off (beach area x the number of sunbeds x the number of guests).
Essentials are mostly the basic stuff, quality-wise; towels, sunbeds, snack bar options, and tap drinks are all average quality. Ask for a Coke Zero or a beer from any bar and you'll see what I mean.
There's no consistency in what's offered, especially at bars; the same cocktail can vary from day to day.
