Perfect family hotel
Pros:

The hotel is compack, everything in hotel is so close to eachother. That we really apriciated. No hills ups and downs no running to catch things. Room was spacey and calm. The sea was very warm, clean and with no wind, because its small bay. There is sandy beach for children, pool and great water area for children, night shows for children too. Good entertainment team. We could always find a free sunbeds near sea or near pool. Hotel is renovated. Food had wide variety and we could always find our favourite one. There were many types of ice creams. Drinks were perfect, original abroad alcohol and so many options of coctails. There was pool bar too. Every day there was extra one-two food, that was fresh prepared and we loved it. Especially young sef Eymen prepared so tasty Mucver, we had also Kumpir and Tandir. Baklava was great. Many great fruits such erik or watermelon and salads too. They have nice spa zone with jakuzzi, hamam, sauna and pool. Definetelly worth visiting once again.

Cons:

In the room was smoke alarm, that had a small LED which was flashing every 15 seconds, we had to cover the small led with plaster to not bother our eyes. Food was delicious, but some of pre-prepared foods lost their freshness while waiting in pots. There could be better children club and shade over children slides.

Otele oldukça düşük beklentilerle gelmiştim ancak sonuç beklentilerimin çok çok üzerinde oldu. Özellikle temizlik konusunda oldukça başarılı bir tesis. Yemeklerin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği bizi çok memnun etti. Havuzlu odada konakladık; bu oda tipini tercih eden misafirlere sunulan ücretsiz oda servisi hizmeti konforumuzu gerçekten üst seviyeye taşıdı. Keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

A’la carte restoranlar maalesef genel yemek kalitesinin oldukça gerisinde kalmış, adeta 'yapılmış olmak için yapılmış' bir izlenim veriyor; hatta kapatılmaları veya ciddi bir revizyondan geçmeleri otelin kalitesini daha iyi yansıtabilir. Ayrıca, tesis bünyesinde çalışan yabancı personelin tek kelime dahi Türkçe bilmemesi iletişim anlamında ciddi bir eksiklik ve kabul edilebilir değildi..

Virus en el hotel y destruccion de las vacaciones
Cons:

Comida repetitiva. Tuvimos un virus no solo nosotros, sino otros huespedes. Probablemente intoxicacion alimenticia o de otro tipo. No salimos del hotel, con lo cual fue algo interno y eso nos rompio las vacaciones. Nadie se hace cargo de ello...

Not a five star experience
Pros:

Location was beautiful, hotel was clean

Cons:

Customer service was disappointing overall. Most of the staff appeared very young and inexperienced; only a couple of employees were polite and attentive, while the majority came across as cold and, at times, quite rude.

The food was average, but much of it was served cold. The cocktails were particularly poor — overly strong with an unpleasant taste (a mojito without lime was honestly surprising).

I also had a negative experience with one of the spa employees, who was extremely pushy in trying to sell the most expensive package and kept interrupting guests around the swimming pool.

Great family trip, would definitely travel to Samara again!
Pros:

We absolutely loved the resort, from the various pools (large outdoor, kids outdoor and the indoor pool), to the grounds being so close to the sea, as well as the entertainment, especially with a 10 month old who absolutely loved the mini disco after dinner. The room was spacious and included a small living room area and it was on the ground floor which made it super easy to get to. The hotel staff were also kind enough to decorate our bed and offered a fruit basket for my husband's birthday!

Cons:

The room could have been a little cleaner, we did find we couldn't let our little one roam on the floor, but it was a very small issue and not anything that would factor into us travelling to Samara again. Only other little niggle I found, staff at the various breakfast/lunch/dinner services catered to guests very differently, some guests had tables held for them and drinks already served, more a management thing we noticed not the actual waiting staff, but did make it a little uncomfortable at times as you were sometimes ignored. Luckily my husband and I didn't let this get us down and were determined to enjoy the yummy food and nice ambience in the dining hall.
