Кормят достаточно неплохо

Cons:

Была сломана дверь в номере, постоянно не могли закрыть номер
Кофе был один стик на двоих, в течении всех дней воду и кофе, чай не обновляли
Вай фай не подключался, там где надо было вводить дату рождения мне ввели какой-то код, который я не могла знать. при заселении никто не предложил подключить вай фай
Спортзал не плохой, но за правилами никто не следит, куча детей в шлепках и плавках, взрослые без обуви и верхней одежды. Очень не безопасно и не прилично !
В баре на пляже алкогольные напитки платные.

Как всегда изысканная кухня, поварам браво! Кондитерам вдвойне! Бармены тоже стараются, персонал вытягивает весь процесс!
Как всегда уютная и гостеприимная атмосфера, она не может оставить равнодушным. Этот отель точно для тех, кто любит вкусно поесть. Большая и очень ухоженная территория, садовникам тоже большой респект. Пляж большой и удобный, с новой инфраструктурой. Большой бассейн был теплый, что очень скрасило дни шторма. Ну и шикарный променад!

Cons:

Ресепшен не сразу выдаст хороший номер, сначала тот, что похуже, поэтому пришлось терпеть и ждать. Это минус для такого отеля с учетом наличия свободного фонда. В результате расселили в боковые виды, хотя был оплачен прямой. Это оставляет осадок…
Из минусов - очень старая и убитая зона СПА, давно пора делать ремонт, не работают душевые, грибок повсюду, убрали детокс напитки, хотя раньше были.
Также из минусов не продуманные вечерние программы, не интересно и без учета вкусов отдыхающих.

Pros:

Очень удобные матрасы, приятное постельное белье, после долгой дороги для отдыха очень комфортно.
Ещё большой плюс, что можно с маленькими собачками

Cons:

Расположение. Отель находится в промышленном районе, рядом заводы. Рано утром на рассвете очень слышно Азан, что может вас разбудить раньше, чем хотелось бы.

Были в этом отеле много раз , но сейчас это было последнее посещение , это просто ужас , отель не соответствует своим звёздам , хорошая 3, детские аниматоры не компетентны в своей работе , номера старые , не убирают , мини бар не добавляют , вечером очередь в бан что бы взять коктейль, фото приложу , если хотите хорошо отдохнуть не выбирайте этот отель, на стойке регистрации не компетентные сотрудники , персонал предоставлен сам себе , работа не организована.
