Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Dome Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa und können das Hotel wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Maria, die uns jederzeit sehr hilfreich, freundlich und aufmerksam zur Seite stand. Aber auch das gesamte Personal verdient ein großes Lob: Von der Rezeption über den Service bis hin zur Küche waren wirklich alle Mitarbeiter freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.

Wir verbringen nun schon seit 10 Jahren jedes Jahr unseren Urlaub auf Zypern und kennen die Insel daher mittlerweile sehr gut. Gerade deshalb finden wir, dass man sich vor einer Reklamation auch einmal selbst fragen sollte, ob Zypern und die dortigen Gegebenheiten tatsächlich das passende Urlaubsziel für die eigenen Erwartungen sind. Jedes Land hat seine Besonderheiten – und genau diese sollte man kennen und respektieren.

Ein Urlaub auf Zypern bedeutet für uns nicht, zwei Wochen ausschließlich im Hotel zu sitzen, All Inclusive auszukosten und anschließend über jede Kleinigkeit zu reklamieren. Natürlich gibt es immer Dinge, die man vielleicht persönlich anders gestalten würde – aber für uns gehört es zu einem gelungenen Urlaub dazu, auch selbst etwas zu organisieren, die Insel zu entdecken, Städte zu erkunden und die zypriotische Kultur kennenzulernen. Genau das haben wir gemacht und dadurch viele schöne Eindrücke von Zypern mitgenommen.

Auch zum Thema Strand und Liegen möchten wir etwas sagen, da hier offenbar manchmal falsche Erwartungen entstehen: Die Strände auf Zypern sind grundsätzlich öffentlich und nicht Hoteleigentum. Deshalb bedeutet eine All-Inclusive-Buchung nicht automatisch, dass am öffentlichen Strand kostenlose Hotelliegen zur Verfügung stehen.

Amazing location (the beach its 2 minutes walk from the hotel). The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly! There are 4 swimming pools (2 for the kids). Breakfast and dinner are exceptional! If your traveling with your kids i would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel!
