Hotellet ligger i et rolig område, noe vi likte svært godt. Hotellet er rent, rommet vårt hadde en nydelig utsikt over havet, og buffeten inneholdt en rik variasjon av nydelig mat. Vi hadde faktisk ikke behov for å spise utenfor hotellet én eneste gang! :) Men det vi likte aller best ved Leptos Panorama Hotel var hvor velkomne personalet fikk oss til å føle oss! Alle som jobber her er varme og ønsker genuint å yte god service. Vi følte oss virkelig som hjemme!

We had a wonderful stay at Leptos Panorama Hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the Chania area.

The highlight of our stay was the customer service. Georgia and the entire team were outstanding throughout our holiday. Everyone was friendly, approachable, professional, and genuinely happy to help. What impressed us most was their attention to detail—they consistently made sure everything was taken care of and always greeted us with a smile. The level of service truly felt like five-star hospitality.

The hotel enjoys a beautiful location with panoramic sea views, and the sunsets from the terrace are spectacular. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of each day.

The food was another strong point. There was a wide variety of dishes at every meal, including plenty of fresh and healthy options, traditional Greek cuisine, and international choices. The quality and selection meant there was always something to enjoy.

The hotel is also very convenient. There is plenty of parking, which makes exploring western Crete by car very easy. A small private beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and other beaches, shops, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets are also within walking distance.

Overall, Leptos Panorama Hotel combines excellent service, beautiful views, good food, and a convenient location. Our thanks go to Georgia and the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They made our stay especially enjoyable, and we would be happy to return.

Excellent location if you want some peace and quiet without feeling isolated. It's far enough from the busy tourist areas to enjoy a relaxing stay, but close enough to easily visit the beaches during the day and head into the city for restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the evening.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. The level of service, attention to detail, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the personal approach from the staff - they made us feel valued and at home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a relaxing stay.

C’est la seconde fois que nous séjournons à l’hôtel Leptos Panorama et nous y retournerons à coup sûr ! L’emplacement proche de La Canée est idéal et le site de l’hôtel surplombant la mer est splendide. Les couchers de soleil sur l’île de Thodorou sont inoubliables ! Tout est pensé pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Les choix du restaurant évoluent tous les jours, et les produits sont de grande qualité. Toute l’équipe du Leptos est extraordinaire de gentillesse et d’attention... On y va pour découvrir la Crête et on y fait de très belles rencontres ! Un très grand merci spécial à Georgia, à Lambros, à Betty et à Igor. Enfin on trouve au Leptos des bonnes vibrations…À l’année prochaine !!

Staff and food

Practical tip: The hotel offers different accommodation types, each providing a different experience. The annex apartments are in a separate, quieter building and are ideal if you're looking for more space, privacy and beautiful sunset views. The rooms in the main building are closer to the pools, restaurants, live music and the resort atmosphere, with stunning sea views. We had the chance to experience both, so it's worth choosing the one that best matches the type of holiday you're looking for.

For sunset lovers: Don't miss the panoramic terrace. The views at both sunset and sunrise are simply spectacular.

Highlights: The pool area is beautiful, with live music in the evenings creating a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered an impressive variety of fresh, homemade food every day.

Great people: The staff have a wonderful combination of warmth, simplicity and genuine hospitality that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A special thank you to Georgia, whose professionalism, kindness and authentic care for guests were outstanding. She constantly checked that everything was perfect, gave us excellent recommendations for the area, and her positive energy was contagious. This level of personal attention is rare.

This isn't just a great experience.. It's the first time we've ever changed our holiday itinerary to extend our stay simply because we wanted to spend more time at a hotel. We would happily return.

Bardzo smaczne potrawy w restauracji, miła obsluga

Nous venons de passer une semaine à l’hôtel et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par Giorgia, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés dans une superbe chambre spacieuse avec une magnifique vue mer. Les chambres sont impeccables et parfaitement entretenues chaque jour.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner ainsi que celui du dîner sont variés et renouvelés quotidiennement, avec des produits de très bonne qualité. Les extérieurs sont également magnifiques, avec de belles piscines et toujours suffisamment de transats disponibles.
Une mention toute particulière à Giorgia qui nous a vraiment gâtés pendant notre séjour : une bouteille de vin nous attendait un soir dans notre chambre et elle nous a même offert un petit cadeau lors de notre départ. Une attention très appréciée !
L’ensemble du personnel est très agréable, souriant, serviable et toujours disponible. Le parking est facile d’accès et nous n’avons jamais eu de difficulté à trouver une place devant l’hôtel.
Nous n’avons pas utilisé les transports en commun, mais l’arrêt de bus se trouve juste au pied de l’hôtel pour rejoindre La Canée. En voiture, le trajet prend environ 15 à 20 minutes.
Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et recommandons cet hôtel à 100 %. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
