Buena ubicación para un par de días en ella si haces muchos planes durante el día, a 5 min caminando del centro pero sin el ruido de la calle principal. Habitaciones amplias con balcón y magníficas vistas desde todo el hotel. Desayuno ok.
A mejorar la limpieza del baño y suelo de la habitación, tuvo unas manchas pegostosas desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Personal de recepción amable, pero poco cercano y de poca ayuda para gestionar planes (alquiler de moto, indicaciones para paseos etc)

The location was great, with fantastic views of the rock. Breakfast choices were both Western and Sri Lankan food. Staff made an excellent cafe latte on request. The hotel was located a short walk (or tuk-tuk ride) to the centre of town.
Very close to town centre, great location. Staff were friendly and courteous. Staff were accommodating with our check out time. View was amazing
Pricier for what you’re getting
We had a wonderful stay in Ella and one of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by two amazing staff members ashan and waruna . From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, memorable and stress-free.
Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always ready to help with a smile. The level of hospitality we experienced was outstanding and made our trip even more special.
A heartfelt thank you to both of them for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ella and look forward to returning in the future!
Everything was absolutely perfect! We spent two wonderful and quiet nights completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city, beautifully hidden among the trees. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we wanted.
The entire staff is incredibly hardworking and dedicated.
The reception team went above and beyond-when I asked for a hair comb and they didn't have one, they actually went out and bought one just for me! I also still remember Eshan, who provided outstanding service, always with a genuine and warm smile. On top of that, the housekeeping team was phenomenal, delivering a standard of service that made us feel like we were staying at a top 5-star hotel.
If you are planning a trip to Ella, I highly recommend this place
The restaurant definitely needs a major upgrade, though considering the surrounding area and the town's options, it is acceptable.
On our first night, I ordered the curry for dinner, and it was excellent. However, on the second night, I ordered a pizza, which was highly disappointing-it tasted like a frozen, reheated pizza and was definitely not worth the price
I stayed three nights in this hotel and had a wonderful time. I had a room with a balcony that oversees the forest. Every morning, Monkeys came to my balcony to play, it was like a dream.
Loved the breakfast in this hotel. You go upstairs to the last floor in which, you'd have a wonderful view over the mountains, and the staff prepare for you whatever you want.
I spent every day going for hiking in the mountains and then I go back to the lovely pool where the water is so cool and refreshing. I would absolutely go back to this hotel if I visited Ella again.
