All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit unvergesslichen Erlebnissen
Pros:

Das gesamte Areal des Hotels war traumhaft schön. Über den vielfältigen Pflanzen- und Baumbestand haben wir uns als Naturliebhaber besonders gefreut.

Die Nähe zum Strand mit direktem Zugang vom Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert. Als Familie kamen wir also voll auf unsere Kosten, allein schon wegen der zahlreichen Pools, den Spielplätzen und dem Frühstücksbuffet, das kaum Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Beeindruckt waren wir vom freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal.

Cons:

Schade war, dass es einige teils laute Bauarbeiten auf dem Gelände gab. Allerdings hat man uns mit einem generösen Gutschein für einen Restaurant-Besuch entschädigt. Das war ebenfalls äußerst freundlich - und sehr lecker.

We really enjoyed it. Management went out their way to ensure our issue was resolved.
Pros:

Good location, family friendly. Resolved issues thoroughly. Polite staff. Nice variety of food and restaurants. Beach is a long walk down but rewarding.

Cons:

It seemed none of the pools were heated - though we are not sure we went to all of them but we visited 4 pools.

Very enjoyable stay - would recommend for families
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. The accommodation was a little dated but clean and in working order, very good air conditioning. Pool facilities were excellent, gardens immaculate. Beach was a short walk and nice to explore. Overall a great option for families.

Cons:

Paying 5 euro per towel in addition to 10 euro per towel for deposit. Don’t mind the deposit but think towels should be included in the price. The towels were a bit old too.

Cons:

W hotelu trwa remont o czym nie ma informacji. Niesie się hałas. Basen z widokiem na ocean jest również w remoncie.

Excellent Property for Families!
Pros:

Facilities, location and the staff - everything was top notch for the price.

We were traveling with our 5 year old child, and the pools and the football field kept him happily busy for the entire trip. Even though we travelled around a lot, you can possibly spend all your vacation just enjoying the resort activities and the entertainment offered in-house.

The property is situated over a cliff, which means you have to walk about 5 min down the cliff to reach the beach, but it's completely worth it. The walk as well as the beach is quite peaceful for a swim or sunbathing session during the day, and even better for evening walks. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes at a walking distance

The staff was quite friendly and happy to help. Special shout out to the lady at the reception (so bad I forgot her name) - she arranged a golf cart to pick us up from our apartment when my child hurt himself while playing, and quickly cleaned the wound and bandaged my child while making him comfortable.

We stayed at the property for 7 days, and absolutely loved every moment!

Cons:

Only thing I could think of would for the bathrooms to have a stronger ventilation system.

Pros:

Zeer ruim appartement met 2 balkons en voorzien van alle comfort.
Het park was super proper en personeel zeer vriendelijk. De verschillende zwembaden bieden de mogelijkheid om er eentje kiezen waar er niet veel kinderen zitten.
Uitstekend ontbijt buffet.

Heerlijke vakantie in groene oase met super veel voorzieningen
Pros:

Prachtig onderhouden tuinen, mooie omgeving, zeer vriendelijk personeel! Gebruik mogen maken van alle faciliteiten van de (naastgelegen) Alfagar resorts ook erg fijn en eigen toegang tot het strand. Verwarmde binnenzwembaden ook top.

Cons:

Appartement ziet er wellicht iets gedateerd uit, maar van alle gemakken voorzien en voor ons perfect.
