Pleasant stay at The Mudru Resort with friendly staff, great amenities, and thoughtful touches.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at The Mudru Resort during our recent trip to Bali in March. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay feel easy and stress‑free. The resort has great amenities, including a well‑sized pool that was perfect for relaxing. The vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant was consistently good, and we appreciated the flexibility shown by the team. They kindly helped organised a late‑night airport pickup just before a public holiday(Nyepi). We enjoyed the hotel facilities on Nyepi day where Guests must stay within their accommodation premises. The team went above and beyond by preparing an unusually late breakfast service, as we had a tour departing at 3 am and so had a very late breakfast thereafter upon our return. The overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after busy days exploring Bali. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay even better: Dion (Chef), Jun, Eka, Bagas, Rai, and Nada — everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. We would happily stay at The Mudru Resort again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly place to stay in Bali.
Location : quiet, walking distance to 3 Tropical waterfalls and lush greenery forest views, comfortable hiking trails

Exactly like pictures but not really a peaceful resort.
Pros:

Looks exactly like the pictures.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the same day laundry service was great especially Hada.

Helpful with luggage bringing up all the stairs.

Cons:

Not really peaceful. The toilet, fridge & AC are very loud, there is not proper soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear everything when any movement is made. Your room is directly facing the pool so you will be able to hear if people are using it.

One of friend’s rooms was left with damp sheets and it was blamed on the ac.

If there is a thunderstorm the whole room moves.

For a “peaceful “resort I do not believe kids should be allowed as this disturbs other guests.

A lot of stairs so not really accessible.

Phenomenal stay
Pros:

The place was very nice and the staff was very friendly. We had some instances where we needed to wake up early for our tours and the staff did their best to accomodate to our needs even when it's very early. Woul stay here again if I had the opportunity to.

Excellent staff and comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was made to order and all the ingredients felt fresh. The staff was very helpful. We had a bit of misunderstanding about the payment of the stay but the staff was more than willing to help. The location was also very quiet.

Cons:

I could not fault anything.

Bonne expérience
Pros:

L’hôtel est tes beau, les chambre sont spacieuse et bien entretenues. Le personnel est chaleureux et a l’écoute de vos demande.

Cons:

La chambre était humide mais c’est dû à la localisation.
Le miroir de la salle de bain était abîmé.

Beaucoup de lezards au balcon ce qui rend le séjour pas confortable.
Nous avons changé la chambre au milieu de la nuit à cause d'un lézard qui est rentré.
