Exceptional
Pros:

It was a beautiful place to stay, and day gave us a really warm welcome because of my birthday and they gave us a bottle of champagne and balloons. It was really nice of them. I’m definitely going back there in the future.

Estuvo bien, pero esperaba mejor la verdad!
Pros:

La cercanía con el mar, aunque es un área señalada con bandera roja, aún así nos arriesgamos y disfrutamos del mar.
Las camas fantásticas, bonita la Televisión, buen internet, la piscina principal pequeña pero muy sabrosa.

Cons:

No había agua en ocasiones en el cuarto, los servicios sanitarios se taqueaban x que no servía algo de la boya, el restaurante nos parece
Muy caro para lo q es, el parqueo es a la orilla de la calle, lo q daba miedo q se robaran el carro.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mit direktem Strandzugang hat grundsätzlich viel Potenzial.
* Die Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten.
* Das Konzept des Hotels und die Anlage könnten mit entsprechender Pflege wirklich sehr schön sein.

Cons:

Die gesamte Anlage – besonders der Beach Club – wirkte heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Die Pools waren extrem dreckig, voller Haare, Insekten und sichtbarem Schmutz, teilweise mit unangenehmem Geruch. Während unseres Aufenthalts wirkte nichts wirklich gereinigt.

Besonders negativ fiel der Zustand der weißen Möbel im Beach Club auf: verdreckte Polster, Flecken und allgemein ein massiv ungepflegter Eindruck. Viele Liegen, Stühle und Tische waren so verschmutzt, dass man sich dort ungern hinsetzen wollte.

Auch der Strandbereich direkt vor dem Hotel wirkte ungepflegt und überhaupt nicht einladend. Zusätzlich entstand kein wirklich sicheres Gefühl, da sich immer wieder Personen auf dem Gelände aufhielten, die nicht wie Hotelgäste wirkten.

Das Personal im Beach Club sowie teilweise an der Rezeption wirkte leider wenig freundlich oder serviceorientiert. Die Kommunikation war aufgrund eingeschränkter Englischkenntnisse oft schwierig.

Bereits beim Check-in hinterließ das Hotel einen unprofessionellen Eindruck: Unsere Kreditkarteninformationen wurden auf Papier aufgenommen und anschließend offenbar verloren.

Der absolute Tiefpunkt kam jedoch beim Checkout: Uns wurde zunächst eine Rechnung mit rund 400 USD an zusätzlichen Leistungen vorgelegt, die wir niemals gebucht hatten. Dass versucht wurde, uns einen derart hohen Betrag zusätzlich zu berechnen, ist für uns absolut inakzeptabel – eine wirkliche Entschuldigung gab es dafür ebenfalls nicht.

Das Essen war maximal durchschnittlich und dafür extrem überteuert. Insgesamt waren wir wirklich enttäuscht und hätten bei diesem Preis deutlich mehr erwartet.

Man hatte ein wenig das Gefühl, dass die Anlage etwas heruntergekommen ist, zum Teil kamen Nägel aus dem Holzboden, etwas schmudelig und der Garten bräuchte auch mehr Pflege..

Hotel maravilhoso o melhor que ficamos na costa rica.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo, acomodação perfeita, quarto maravilhoso, extremamente limpo e perfumado, ar condicionado novo, banheiro enorme com duas pias, itens de amenidades de acordo com o luxo do quarto. Quarto numero 22 térreo com varanda.
Atendentes extremamente educados e atenciosos, possui clube na beira da praia, sensacional, café da manhã no primeiro dia era buffet, maravilhoso, nos outros dois dias a la carte muito bom.

Cons:

Não possui estacionamento privativo, tem que estacionar na rua na frente do hotel competindo com morados ou turistas que visitam a praia de Cocles.
