Pros:

Diego our concierge was top notch. He took care of us like family. The housekeeping staff was also excellent.

Muy lindo todo, la habitación divina, cama super cómoda, balcón espectacular, queríamos aprovechar todo! Las piletas super. La parte de la playa nos encantó. El desayuno un placer. Nos encantó el lugar, ubicación, restaurante frente a la playa, demasiado lindo todo 🥰😍💚💛❤️

Cons:

Pedimos unas bebidas y duraron demasiado, tenían 10 minutos en la barra y nada que las traían, pedí cordialmente que me las cambiaran porque ya llevaban mucho tiempo servidas, me las cambiaron y todo super bien.

The place is very nice, but the bathrooms are in poor condition

Lo recomiendo muchísimo para quienes quieren visitar Cocles.
Pros:

Me encantó la playa, el restaurante y especialmente la atención de su gerente y personal.

Cons:

La calle que divide el club de playa de las habitaciones es muy transitada, me generaba muchos nervios estar cruzando tan constantemente, más que todo porque íbamos con niños. Y las instalaciones necesitan un poquito de renovación, en espacial algunos acabados y las piscinas.

Momentos incríveis e bem agradáveis

Ótimo café da manhã. Bem localizado e funcionários prestativos. Jacuzi também é um bom diferencial.

Cons:

Como ficamos no quarto térreo e choveu muito ele é muito fechado e úmido. Tinha uma saída de água no fundo do quarto que fazia um barulho que incomodava de tempos e tempos.

Sugestão: Liberar o café para que os hóspedes possam se servir livremente no café da manhã. Os garçons foram muito prestativos nos servindo, mas nem todos preferem a cultura de serem servidos.
