It was a four star experience.
Pros:

The staff was attentive, the breakfast was lovely. The beach and loungers were great. We especially loved the boat tour. Ilia’s who runs it was terrific. The bell staff was lovely especially George who drove us many times in the golf carts.

Cons:

The dinner at the Greek restaurant was average and not a good value. We had better meals in town for 1/2 the price. I don’t mind paying more for better quality. Overall the rooms and decor need to be updated. There was a smell in our room from our plumbing. The oil area needs updating.

Otel genel olarak harika. Denizi ve sahili mükemmel. Oda şartları gayet iyi. Sabah kahvaltısı güzeldi. Hizmet ve kalite olarak lux bir otel diyebilirim.

Cons:

Kaldigimiz odada bebek arabasi icin rampa yoktu bence onemli bir eksiklik. Ayrica balkonda biraz karinca vardi. Dogal ortam sorun degil ancak balkonda dogru duzgun oturamadik. Son olarak otel icerisindeki fiyatlar gereksiz pahali.

Nous nous attendions à plus de sérénité...
Pros:

Le p'tit village avec sa plage privative.
La proximité de la Marina d'Elounda avec ses bons restaurants de poissons et spécialités crétoises.
Les petites voiturettes pour nous véhiculer dans ce grand p'tit village.
Les petits déjeuners et le personnel.

Cons:

Le bruit du moteur de l'air conditionné du bâtiment principal, il était situé à la gauche de notre balcon.
Nous nous attendions à plus de sérénité, on a été déçu. On a du appeler l'accueil à plusieurs reprises quand nous voulions profiter de notre balcon face à la mer afin qu'ils coupent le moteur.

Совершенно великолепный персонал , фантастическое обслуживание, великолепный пляж с постоянными топчанами на весь период пребывания , нет необходимости прибегать утром с « полотеничками « занимать место .комфортно приватно Великолепный завтрак и персонал ресторанов

В ванной нет сушилки , только сушить на солнце на веранде , не всегда четкиий период уборки комнат , персонал меняется и не всегда уборка» люксовская» как позиционирует себя отель

Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies.
Pros:

Eine unglaublich tolle Anlage! Und das Personal ist durchgehend exzellent. Alles sehr gepflegt, egal, in welchem Restaurant wir waren, Essen war sehr gut. ebenso das Frühstücksangebot. Toll war das Upgrade, der Bungalow direkt am Wasser -ein Traum. Wir haben in der kurzen Zeit nicht alles ausprobieren können und müssen unbedingt wiederkommen.!
