Important information:

The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. During the summer months it is closed on Sunday afternoons and during the winter it is closed on Wednesdays and Sunday afternoons. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the residence in advance.

For stays of under 4 nights: cleaning (except kitchen and dishes), bed linen and towels are included.

For stays between 4 to 6 nights: towels are not included and can be rented on site. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Bed linen is included but beds are not made upon arrival.

The swimming pool is open from April until October and is heated at the beginning and the end of the season.

Given its hillside location, the estate is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Un Cadre exceptionnel ! La résidence est très bien située avec l'accès à la plage à pied, ses petits commerces et restaurants autour ( petit clin d'œil au restaurant Tamaris plage qui est juste au bord de la mer les plats sont délicieux et l'accueil très chaleureux ! ). La vue depuis la piscine est magnifique ! Être entouré de verdure est vraiment magnifique et le centre ville Le Lavandou vraiment trop mignon !

Cons:

Ce que j'ai moins aimé est la vétusté des appartements ( un petit rafraîchissement n'est pas de refus et peut rendre le cadre encore mieux c'est dommage car il y a un énorme potentiel ! ) et un accueil style petit plateau d'hôtel avec bouteille d'eau, dosette de café, sachets de thé ou autre aurait été parfait ! Sinon c'est magnifique et L'accueil est très chaleureux.

Beau complexe mais les horaires d arrive et de départ ne laisse pas la place pour en profiter c’est bien si on viens la

La piscine a débordement et la proximité à la plage était incroyable

Cons:

Le manque de signalisation pour trouver la piscine notamment , la difficulté à décharger les affaires sans prendre les voitures , et arrive à 16heures pour repartir avant 10 heures cela paraît court pour profiter du complexe !

Emplacements superbes mais très simple.
Pros:

Logements simples mais fonctionnel, emplacements entourés de végétation, vue de la piscine formidable, accès à la plage par portillon sécurisé au top.

Cons:

Le parking à 3 niveaux, trop en pente et dangereux pour les motards et fatigant pour les jambes pas d'accès en voiture devant le logement lorsque l'ont arrive pour décharger nos affaires, manquait un tapis de bain devant la baignoire et même pas un rouleau de papier toilette à notre arrivée ! Sinon très sympa. Mais végétation à maîtriser!
