El hotel enamora; parte del personal, menos.
Pros:

Para ir con hijos adolescentes es ideal: El ambiente es tranquilo y con muchas opciones para entretenerse cada uno a su aire. El pequeño teleférico para bajar a la playa privada es muy práctico, el agua del mar está siempre calmada, y alrededor del hotel tienes múltiples opciones que hacer (ir a la Isla Ratón, ver los aviones aterrizar y despegar, comprar souvenirs, ver el atardecer, visitar miradores con bares, restaurantes, una tienda de comestibles, autobús, autobús turístico, etc. En nada de tiempo bajas a la ciudad en coche o en bus. Limpieza de la habitación: Diaria y muy bien. Comida: Riquísima (aunque el servicio es un poco lento, pero compensa). Habitación muy amplia. Desayuno del bufet: Un 9. Gimnasio: Mejorable.

Cons:

El personal de recepción y los camareros. A excepción de los de la piscina y los del restaurante de Sushi, que eran encantadores. Pero los de la playa y los del piano bar pasaban de atender y eran unos "saboríos", rozando la mala educación. No había tampoco un encargado allí al que comentárselo o que vigilara el tema. Uno se abstrae e intenta no tenerlo en cuenta porque está de vacaciones con su familia, pero, en este sentido, no han sido muy calurosos. No voy a dar importancia a que nos quedáramos una noche en el hotel para ver un partido del Mundial y lo pusieron en silencio en dos TVs que tenían (que entiendo que estaban cantando en el piano bar -que, por otra parte, lo hacían fenomenal, y hubiera molestado el sonido) , pero había otra TV en el hall con gente viéndolo (en silencio también. Todo muy civilizado); o, mejor, podían haber habilitado un espacio aparte (Al partido siguiente nos fuimos a un bar Irlandes -o similar- cercano, a ver el Inglaterra-Argentina: Ambientazo). Pero eso estuvo "regulinchis", porque, además, había niños presentes, todo ilusionados con sus camisetas. Menos mal que no fue el partido de la final ;-) ... (¡Enhorabuena a todo el Mundo!). Otra cosilla que nos pareció rara es que nadie del personal del hotel ni de los camareros hablara/entendiera ni una "papa" de español o de italiano a estas alturas de la existencia de la Humanidad. Que, en fin, entre los españoles/italianos, quien no habla inglés, hace por defenderse; pero queda extraño que un hotel de cinco estrellas tenga esta carencia linguística. Eso sí, Reggaeton en español "a tope" en el bar de la playa. Todo esto lo comento por si pudiera mejorarse, porque, sinceramente, bajo nuestro punto de vista, lo que le falta a este hotel- que en todo lo demás es casi de 10- es que parte del personal fuera un poquito más simpatico y caluroso, y además no te mirara "como a E.T." cuando tienes que expresar alguna palabra en...

Convenient location and nice Villas with private pool
Pros:

Villa with pool was nice, breakfast at La Veranda was really good, staff was very friendly, good location

Cons:

Outdated and in my view overpriced
Our AC was hardly working and they didn’t really fix it although we called multiple times
Maintenance Guy through some “chlorine” into the pool and told us to wait 30 min - well after 4h it hadn’t dissolved yet and left white stains on our skin and clothes and unfortunately reception didn’t care at all

You can get memory with the historical hotel
Pros:

The property is nice
Funucular is very useful and joyful
The beach is perfect. You both swim and see departures and arrivals
But if you are sensitive about noise you can trouble with sleeping due to the nearby airport
The hotel is 4km away from the town but you can get city bus (number:2A) it is so easy cheap

Pros:

The hotel is right next to the airport, but the drive takes about 20 minutes. The noise of the planes didn't bother me. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with a great view. Our room had two bathrooms, which was a huge help, especially with two children. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We attended the last week of the World Cup, and it was a unique experience. I only paid for breakfast, which was very varied. I paid extra for dinner the first night; it cost €30 for an adult and €15 for a child under 11. I loved it and paid extra for it for the rest of our stay. The food was very varied and of high quality, and the desserts, fruits, and salads were worth more than that. They also work with a transportation company; the cost from the hotel to the old town center is €16, and you can call them anytime and return with them. I tried using a taxi app, but it takes a long time, and most of the time the request is canceled during peak hours. The cheapest option is around €20, even if they offer a lower price, but they might charge you more than the agreed-upon amount during peak hours. Uber is much more expensive; the cheapest ride is €40. Alternatively, you can use the bus, which is located at the hotel exit and costs €1.50, but it takes about half an hour. It took 45 minutes, but with children, I preferred a taxi. There's also a supermarket near the hotel exit, about a 5-minute walk away, with a wide variety of items. They have a swimming pool and a bar next door serving drinks and food. The panoramic elevator to the beach was a fantastic experience, but you can also walk there, though it takes longer. Access to the beach is free, and there's a beach bar offering food and drinks. You can also change your beach towels daily. There's a small shop in the hotel selling swimwear and other necessities. You can also order food to your room, something I haven't found in many other hotels.

השירות בקבלה איטי צריך לחכות הרבה זמן.
