Pésima estadía.
Pros:

Lo único rescatable es la atracción nueva donde hacen el show de 6 - 9 que está al frente del otro lado del lobby.

Cons:

No me gustó nada. Es un hotel de estructura vieja. Poca limpieza. Poco que ofrecer por el precio. No es 5 estrellas como ponen

Cumple, habitación grande y cómoda, excepto el colchón. Baño muy bueno. Comida bien, nada de lujo. No le falta ni le sob

Las instalaciones son preciosas, la atención excelente, al reservar con booking obtuvimos más beneficios, el trato y la atención de Any nuestra concierge fue excelente, nos ayudó con la planeación y atención para el cumpleaños de mi mamá, y nos atendió todas nuestras dudas con la mayor disposición y amabilidad! También quiero resaltar el trabajo del maletero Wilquin, nos dio consejos y ayudó con varios transportes dentro del hotel! Excelente comida, excelentes amenidades y excelente atención, vale totalmente la pena!! Quiero volver!!

I had a great stay at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort. Everything was excellent overall — the food was amazing, and the place itself is absolutely beautiful.

Cons:

However, the reception service could be improved. I felt the staff was not well prepared to explain the facilities, what activities were available, where to go, or what was included in the all-inclusive package. I ended up having to figure everything out on my own, without much guidance.
