Tiene muchos lugares de esparcimiento, actividades para los huéspedes durante el día, el transporte dentro del lugar es aceptable

Cons:

Nos asignaron un concierge que nunca nos contó sobre el lugar , hasta el casi tercer día supimos de la discoteca , de la zona húmeda exclusiva con atracciones , y de las actividades en la noche , falta que informen más , también tuvimos problemas en nuestro con cucarachas , y tampoco nos gustó que hay espejos en frente de la cama

Excelente hotel!! La comida, el personal, todo de 10!! Comimos en el restaurante de carne y fue excelente la atencion!! La playa tenia sargazo! Y a pesar de que limpiaban era imposible de controlarlo! Igual la barra de la playa estaba abierta asi que tambien la aprovechamos ajjaja

Me gusto mucho la atencionnde alexandra, el buen humor de richelle y las buenas atenciones de nuestro mayordomo fernando, es mi segundo vez en el hoyel y lo hicieron una experiencia diferente, muy cool.

Estancia decepcionante en el resort

Muy poca variedad en la comida, lo que queda de la comida lo ponen nuevamente en la cena, duran mucho para limpiar la mesa, solo te llevan agua ya que los empleados no quieren llevar jugo ni refresco a la mesa te envían a ti visto a buscarlo, la habitación duraron 3 horas justas para entregarla, el parque de niños no hay quien esté del calor que hace en esa terraza, los baños fuera de la habitación están INHUMANAMENTE PREPARADO no tienen ventiladores y el calor y el vapor es terrible, pocos áreas frescas, sin abanicos ni aire acondicionado es algo inhumano tener un huésped en esa condición, el lobby los abanicos apagados, en el buffet también y en los restaurantes apagan el aire para que las personas se vayan, el personal es MALO, en los pasillos de las habitaciones hay un olor fuerte y pésimo un olor como a pescado, como a agua apodada ya vieja un olor muyyyyy fuerte, algunas comidas estaban crudas ( carnes )
