Super experience
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Well located place to ski facilities. Friendly owners. For us and our children, the best part was

Feel the traditional Tyrolean way of life
Pros:

The location is just great! 3 minutes walking from a ski lift (Markbachjoch), we were in the off season and the ski lift was out of service, but there are plenty of hiking trails which are easily reachable by car. As I know, there is also a bus which can deliver you to other towns in the valley. The place is quiet, and the air there is very fresh. We all slept so well - I don't know if it was because of the air or comfortable beds) the Apartment is large, very well furnished and done in traditional Tyrolean style, which makes it very cozy. Perfect for a family with kids. There is a nice playground close to the property. There is free parking available.
But what is the most attractive at the property - the owners. Olga and her family are very friendly and kind and opened for a conversation. We were happy to be their guests:))

Cons:

There might be some confusion with address, which Booking shows. Actually the property is located not far from the church (the address is Ingenieur Hochmuth-Straße 136, 6314 Niederau).
